Breakfast and clean

No issues, this is a well run Embassey Suites. Only issue in the fitness room missing the 20lb barbells, why steel weights? 14 minute walk to the sphere.

The management situation was awkward.

Todo en la propiedad muy bien, habitaciones bastante amplias, mas que en las fotos, contaba con todo lo necesario

I was actually disappointed. We usually go to to rugged places on our trips for hiking. Then at the end of our trips I book an embassy to end our trip in luxury. This Embassy did not meet that expectation. They gave us the wrong room. (We have 6 people and our room only had 1 bed and a couch). They realized the mistake and gave us the correct room. (But we had to lug all our luggage to the new room). The hot tub is closed currently. The evening reception is closed to kids. They enjoy a soda and snacks just like the rest of us! I understand its a bar but it would be nice if we could grab and go to our room. It was sad for us because that is what we come to expect after a busy week.

We saw several items around the perimeter and inside of the hotel that could be cleaned on a normal day.

They took a $100 deposit and have not returned it to my bank account !!!!!!! NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS ACTION !!!!!!

Due to them working on the water system. It smelled kind of sewage like.

Overall good stay. Convenient location and friendly staff. Rooms seem outdated and surrounding area was a little run down.

Furniture is delaminating. Cold showers in the morning even after running water for 10-12 min on hot. Water finally gets warm , then will go cold unexpectedly. Beds are hard and old. Strange noises throughout the evening. People looking like they are on drugs or selling drugs in elevators and common areas. Carpet has stains. Sheets are old and fraying. Towels are rough and not soft. Only One cook working on a Friday night we were there per the waiter, ordered chicken wings, salad, soup, and chickens breast plate for two took 45 minutes or more to be plated to the table. Wings arrived first and were cold swimming in franks sauce like a soup dish. Staff does the best they can to over come all the hardships the hotel offers. Embassy Suites in Vegas is BAD esp for the price. Fountainbleau 0.5 miles away is less per night and a 5 star experience. We left Embassy Suites a night early and they wouldnt refund our money. Stayed at Fountainblaeu and had a wonderful experience there. We stayed for 2 nights out of 3 because of our girls vball team. We should have left after the first night full of bad experiences only to repeat a second horrible night stay. Dont stay at this embassy suites in Vegas

Great hotel for the price about 1 mile off the strip.

Staff was amazing

The hotel was clean and nice. The area is ok. Breakfast was very good! Shuttle form the hotel was very convenient. I've chosen this hotel because breakfast was included and it was a good price. Yes, it's not on the strip but they provide shuttle to the strip. They also have pool and kids enjoyed it. Overall, the hotel met all my requirements.
