Great value and great customer service!

Air condition would not get below 74 on 8th floor. We reported it and did get rooms changed but still poor ac.

Black mold on ceiling in closet exposed wires on outlet outdated. Rug old very spotted.

This place is old, dirty, and outdated. Staff was nice enough but the hotel is a total dump

Upon checking in, I had to go to the counter, even though my wife showed them mine and her id, same address. Im handicapped and walking is difficult for me, but I went in just so they could see me for two seconds. Then I was told that you had pay to park, which is crap. The pool was noisy and crowded because they booked a ratchet family reunion. The guy running around at breakfast taking your dishes was a dick, or he doesn’t understand English and what thank you means.

Our room was not very clean. There was remnants from the previous guests left behind. The staff and breakfast were wonderful.

My grandkids had a blast in the pool and loved the breakfast bar

Great location and very accessible from I-65.

The ventilation is very poor . My room didn’t get cold just a chill . I had to get a box fan from the front desk and then housekeeping took my shoes that was laid out .

The room wasn't cleaned, and there was a strong odor as soon as you entered, as if it hadn't been cleaned properly. The carpet smells bad, and the three towels were not cleaned and had spots. I was told by faculty that you all do not use bleach. The mirror in the restroom was dirty and looked as if someone had just checked out.

Property was nice, breakfast was ok and had to find someone to make eggs, toilet in room was broken had to go to main level to use bathroom, AC in room was loud- made a weird noise.

I stayed for one night with my husband and 2 children. The AC wasn’t working and at 8:30 pm the maintenance brought us a box fan for our room. We weren’t happy. Won’t stay here again.

There isn’t anything in walking distance The staff was very unpleasant We will never be back The breakfast isn’t started until 7 on the weekend. We didn’t like it we like to do things early and I was lead to believe things we’re a lot closer

Had bed bugs and didn't stay trying to get a refund horrible

The hotel overall was nice, but the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working properly. With a baby and two young kids, we asked to switch rooms. We were told they were totally booked and there was no maintenance person on site and we’d be given a $50 discount. Also, at the restaurant, we went as soon as they opened for dinner at 5pm. We ordered pretty quickly after sitting down but it took around 45 minutes to get our food (this is pretty much bar style food, just heat it up). The waitress was the only one working a very rude. I’m not sure why on a Friday night of a busy weekend in Nashville ( the CMAs), this hotel would only staff 1 person in dining and no maintenance person. We were not impressed and won’t be going back.
