I have contacted Expedia several times asking to change my reservation. They never replied. I did not stay at the hotel because my plans changed. Never again will I use Expedia!!!!

The stay was excellent food was very good and the stay was great. The only thing I would have liked is a way more comfortable bed. Overall other than that was great.

Property is nice. Was busy with a car show. Restaurant and bar was running out of food and other items. Need some maintenance in the rooms to meet the level of the fees charged for the rooms. Staff was great.

Embassy suites was good. Needed updating. Ice machine did not work on our floor, 5th, and 4th so used one on 3rd. Used stairway to get there and it was not kept clean and smelled of cigarette smoke.

Had issue with reservation and ladies at front desk were so helpful.

Everything was great except only one of the three elevators was working and one of two waffle makers was broken which meant we all waited 20+ minutes to make a waffle and waited extended times for the elevator. Hotel itself is well maintained, spacious and staff is friendly

Overall, the hotel was very clean. We have stayed here several times and are always impressed with the cleanliness and customer service. The only semi- negative is the evening reception seemed lacking compared to other hotels- fruit, yogurt, chips, and salsa with tiny little plates which was difficult for salsa. We will stay here again!

Place was beautiful and staff were amazing. Would absolutely recommend. Would absolutely stay there again.

Dirty Q-tip In Shower, glasses dirty dishes dirty elevator broke down roof leaking over priced water and pop. Waffle machines didn’t work, I could stay at Motel 6 and probably be better.

We had reserved a NO SMOKING room and upon check-in we were placed in a smoking room. We asked to be moved and were. An employee told us that yes someone had smoked in that room and they were unable to get the smell out. Then the TV in room 2 didn’t work and someone had t

I reserved 2 king adjoining rooms. Upon arrival, I was told that there were none available and no adjoining rooms were available in the entire hotel or the hotel complexes across the street. I said OK well I’m an honors member. Can we get our free drink tickets or a warm cookie or something? He said no. I said OK then can I get a water. No. Come on.. Do better.

There was one elevator working so the wait was very long.
