引っ越しのための緊急避難先として1週間滞在。アメニティ類が毎日の清掃でも補充されず困りました。これがデフォルトなのかどうかは不明です。他は特に大きな問題ありません。

There was a mix up with Expedia and Embassy Suites. I had to change the date of check in and since I booked with Expedia that's who I changed the date with. Expedia charged me dould the price because of the change. When we went to check in at Embassy Suites, Expedia hadn't informed them of the change but the manager went above and beyond to get us a room.

Great for any type of group. Breakfast can be VERY busy after 8:15 AM. Beds are very comfortable. Room was quiet.

I would like to thank you for the excellent service and hospitality extended during my stay. Everything has been very comfortable and enjoyable. As a suggestion, it may be helpful to provide a small prayer mat and a discreet Qibla direction sign in guest rooms. This would be a simple yet thoughtful addition that many guests would appreciate, and it would further enhance the welcoming and inclusive experience your hotel is known for. Thank you Warm regards,

Very quite, clean and friendly staff

It was a family trip near where my son lives

There is a very large soaking wet area on the carpet by the refrigerator. There was no coffee. The furniture was torn and scuffed. All in all, the room just didn’t feel clean. There was a ring in the toilet.

A lot of options for breakfast. But food was not hot enough. I wish I would have got an omelet from the omelet bar.

They seem to be slipping. There was a pile of trash outside our room upon check in and the hand soap container was empty. Also, one of the room key readers in the elevator was not functioning. Disappointing!

The toilet was broken. How could this happen?

clean, quite, spacious room. mostly nice and good. but parking is not free, the gym is a bit small

The manger needs to work on her soft skills. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Charged for water that we did not use

Check in was easy. Staff was friendly. Room was nice and big enough for all of us. Room service was great… When we needed towels, they came quickly. Check out was even easier.

Westfield Mall just across the street. Lots of shopping and restaurants.

Very nice staff and great location. The hotel needs some refurbishing. Furniture is very old. Would stay again.

Great location and the breakfast staf were the best, the chefs and specially Marta, who was always with a big smile, kind and hard working lady.
