Hey the staff was great the manager Monica was wonderful she handled the situation that we had great communication

I mistakenly stumbled into this din of sin and regret thinking it was an "Extend Stay America" which I knew for being cheap and perhaps not in top shape, but at least neat and clean. Wrong. I asked at the front desk, and the clerk said "This is a Select Property". Generally, I have known "Select" to mean a bit better, not the lowest of the low. Better word choices would have been "Economy" or "Budget" to clearly let you know you've taken a downgrade. The couch was old, tattered, ripped, and very visibly gouged. The wood cabinet tops were heavily discolored by water stains and abuse, The countertops had cigarette burns. The bathroom sink was pitted and permanently stained multiple different colors. The shower was "motion activated" so you've got to bust a little dance move to keep it going. The bathroom door top hinge was a few days away from falling completely off, potentially injuring a guest. The key cards had been re-used so any times they only worked for about 6-8 hours before having to be re-programmed. And no, they weren't magnetically erased - I used the card to enter my room, set it on the counter, and went I went to leave, it would no longer open the door. I only tested it because my other key didn't work when entering previously. Oh, and the front desk is shuttered at 5pm. Call for help. Or better yet, stay somewhere else.

Well it might of been good but they didnt let me in. So waiting on refund . Markisha said that she did the refund so waiting but if you are trying to get ahold of someone to check on it from Hotels.com for get it. Vitural assistance is a joke. So will wait a couple more days to see

I didn't end up staying here and also talked to Nikki in the morning that I am checking out early. The room had a very bad smell and also cockroaches running on the ground.

The worst, dirtiest place ever

The sheets and towels were clean. The rest of room and facility was dirty and run down.

Do not stay here. The place is dirty, smells terrible, no one available at the front desk and the rooms are terrible. The room had a aweful smell, the refrigirator door would not close, the door to the bathroom was broken and would not close as well. The CO2 alarm was beeping because it was out of order and we could not sleep all night. There were 2 dirty towels and nothing else in the room.
