nice and clean, quiet.

部屋が広くて、ミニキッチンとカウンターがあり、朝食が食べやすくて快適でしたが、 バスルームに換気扇がなかったのが残念でした。

Nasty room, smelt horrible, staff was not friendly

Luz, the front desk clerk who helped us out during our stay deserves a raise. She has excellent customer service skills, and went out of her way to help! Would come back to this property, if I knew she was working!

It’s a bit dated, and not particularly modern. But it’s a great way to save some money and be close to the action It was a bit musty, but the staff was very nice & The room itself was clean Good if all you want to do is sleep

I really loved the location of this hotel, it's super easy to walk to the bridge or walk to South congress.the room was ginormous. The room smelled like wet dog but if you got past that it was worth it. I would stay here again, the price makes sense.

Convenient to the Congress Bat bridge and downtown. Also, easy to find as we entered Austin.

They’re great to stay at place!

The location was great and the staff was awesome. The bed was comfy. The kitchen was clean. On the flip side, it smelled horribly of smoke in the room and hallways. The bathroom was not properly cleaned (mold in areas that had not been wiped down for what seems like a while). There were no utensils or plates in the room as these had to be specifically requested. Same for a coffee maker. Overall my main issue was the smell of smoke and the general dingy-ness. The location was great and the staff was really nice and helpful.

Very comfortable and reasonable hotel. The property is dated and there are some opportunities though the bed is good, the room is large and well maintained, and the location is close to downtown. I like it!

I like how it wasn't right on the main road but off of it. Many things were within easy walking distance.

This hotel was very conveniently located to an event at Zilker Park that we were headed to

“Not what I expected” The room looked clean at first glance, but unfortunately, it wasn’t up to standard. The bed sheets had hair from previous guests, which was very unpleasant. There was also a bad smell in the room that didn’t go away during my stay. On top of that, the sheets were rough and uncomfortable, which made it hard to sleep well. I was expecting better hygiene and comfort for the price.

Property is dirty. Inside of elevator was nasty. All of the carpet was dirty and needed vacuum. The smell of marijana is everywhere in the hotel. There was never anybody at the front desk. They say they offer breakfast from 6:30-9 but it was watered down coffee only and stale breakfast bars.
