ホテル．COMの予約が要求通りにリクエストされておらずいきなり喧嘩（これはホテル．COMの責任なのですが・・）その後廊下が汚したのはお前だと因縁をつけられ更に喧嘩。長期滞在で自炊するにはいいかもしれないが、短期でビジネス出張にはお勧めしません。

I booked a queen size bed and was given 2 full size bed room last minute. Never notified me once. Dirty inside and outside

It was not the atmosphere I want from a $150+ stay on a business trip.

Amazing staff, kitchenette needs updatjng!

Water $4.90 a bottle. Nothing drained.. at least 6 spidders

Work was peaceful

Staff was very welcoming and supportive. The room was okay aside from the visitors in the room that decided to put their tv very loud after 3:00 am

A person pounding on our door after midnight claiming to be housekeeping. My wife and I are both 75, we were in Boston visiting family. I finally got up and went to the door. I said who is it? I looked out the peep hole and saw a woman. She shouted It's housekeeping. I said, what do you want? She said, your mother called and said your daughter over dosed on drugs and was dying in your room. obviously I was confused but I realized she must have the wrong room and I certainly new this was not housekeeping banging relentlessly on my door. I told her she had the wrong room. Before I could finish that sentence, she opened my door with a key card and shoved the door at me hitting me in the leg. Fortunately, I had the the little lock bar on the door so it only opened a few inches. I yelled at her to get out and that she had the wrong room. She finnally realized she had the wrong room and left. The next morning I went down to the front desk and explained what had transpired that night. A lead emplowas on duty. She told me that she was the Asst. General Manager. I found out later that she was only a lead emloyee.So she lied. She started to tell me that they they didn't do any thing wrong, they didn't know it was the wrong room. She sent an hourly employee up to my room to gain access by saying it was housekeeping. Again, she lied. I asked why an hourly employee was sent to handle this event. she said the police were with her. They were not, they refused to acknowledge the problem.

Very outdated, cabinet is literally falling off. The keycards de- magnetize without being near a cell phone. There is only 1 person at the desk, so when they leave for 30mins or more

Good

We stayed for 2 nights. The staff was friendly and helpful. Strange people around the hotel, don’t know if they were guests or lived in the hotel. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain . It was ok for the 2 nights , but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

It was a great place to stay. It was very comfortable and great amenities. The only negative is the lack of tv channels to watch in the evening.

Towels were very old and dingy. I would never stay in this brand again. It's only good for one night not for extended stay. It serve its purpose for one night.

Kim, Becky, and Mauril are always a pleasant sight after a long trip. This is a great staff!!

I checked in at 1am. The room unacceptably smelled of heavy fragranced cleaning products, giving me a terrible headache. I should have just gone back to the front desk and ask for another room. But It was late and I was tired. The next morning I decided to check out and go to a different hotel. I prepaid for 3 nights. They refunded the next two nights, but the manger said the computer could not refund my unsatisfactory first night, then and there. The manager said she would refund that first night if I called later that week. I tried to reach the manager several times, to help me refund that first night. But she was never available to help me and did not return my voicemails or emails.

My stay was comfortable. However there were no plates or utensils in the room. And their idea of breakfast was negligible.
