The staff were helpful and friendly. The room looked clean upon initial entry, but all of our socks and feet turned black, which suggests to me the floor wasn't cleaned well at all. The faucet in the shower kept dripping, and everything in the room seemed old and falling apart.

There were quite a few weird smells that were unpleasant. The beds were not great, a bit uncomfortable. The pool is filled in and the website hasnt been updated. The laundry is ok, there was something in one of the dryers that left residue on my clothes. The staff was nice and it was in a decent area.

The only thing I did not like was the bathtub was not clean!

Our stay was a complete nightmare. Check-in took over two hours, and even though we’re foreigners, the guy at the front desk kept insisting we show American documents, which made no sense. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy, and when we asked for cleaning, they barely did anything—the room still felt dirty. Breakfast was a joke: just coffee and a couple of muffins. The laundry machines were another rip-off; we had to pay for the dryer three times and our clothes were still wet. On top of that, we couldn’t use the bathroom the first night because the door was jammed, and no one ever came to fix it. We also asked for extra blankets and sheets—they told us they didn’t have any, and the next day only gave us some blankets. Honestly, it was one problem after another. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Worse experience ever. Front desk lady that greeted me was nice after that was terrible. Toilet was broken, wouldn't flush. Mind you have a famiky of 5. Had a critter in the shower with us in the morning. Top of toilet was broken. Tried to upload pictures to show the disgusted of the room and it won't let me. Never been some where this bad ever. Fronr desk lady in morning not helpful at all. Front desk lady was worried I was going to complaining about a spot outside my room. Well I tell you what that spot is nothing compared to the disaster of my room. I felt so bad for my grandchildren having to sleep there. Very sad situation i will never put them in that situation again. Front desk lady no help and not even and offer of discount or help.

There was only cokd muffins for breakfast and hairdryer was smoking when i turned it on.

Room 308 The fold out bed mattress look like it was from the 80 it was stained so badly and had dirt on the mattress. The rubber molding on the walls I. My room was coming off. Which could simply be fixed by glueing it. The only reason why we could not get a different hotel was because we were constantly in and out due to my son had prom that night. If you called the front desk we were charged $1.00 pre call.The living room tv was a small square and could not get it working right would not zoom out. The lady that was working that night was wound full she was very professional and pleasant to work with. I would like at least half of my money back.

Rooms were filthy, run down, and dated. Had to be moved to another room because first was so nasty and the AC didn't work. Crusty gunk on the curtains they used as closet doors. Brown smear on the walls and dirt and hair on the night stand. New room was marginally better. Management was away from desk for half an hour, both at check in and when I was getting into my room. Bad experience at every level. Acoid if possible.

It was an unsanitary place with blood and urine stains on their sheets and pullout bed. My kids definitely were freaked out!!!

Great stay! Clean and quiet! Marissa was a great help with our door lock! We will return!

Fine. Run down e.g. shower pressure was low due to poor plumbing, cabinets worn down. Overall clean though. Breakfast was just coffee and packaged muffin

I got zero sleep all night. Sounded like a herd of elephants running all night. If you are in town for a clinical study. I recommend not using this place.

Advertised free continental breakfast and did not ever have anything out, not even coffee. Also no utensils or plates. Was supposed to include basic kitchenette items. Asked anything a spoon or fork and was rudely told no, not even plastic or throwaway available. When looking in the dining area myself the cupboards were completely bare with only empty totes labeled for what was supposed to be there.

When we got the room it was ok. There was a terrible smell on the hallway. It was a bag of food sat outside of someone's room and it stayed there until it started stinking. The smell requed for days. The sheets were not changed and we were there for 5 days.

Overall, this was one of the more disappointing hotel stays I have had in several years. The pictures misrepresented the current conditions of the hotel. For example, it needed basic maintenance. The doors stuck and were hard to open. The continental breakfast was pitiful - only coffee and chocolate muffins. The air quality was very poor and felt stagnant. The worst part of the hotel was the noise levels. While people were talking at normal levels in the hallway, their conversations were loud inside the hotel room. I woke up multiple times while sleeping from hearing people talking in the hallway. It was loud enough that I wondered if someone had entered my room. There appeared to be no sound barriers. Overall, I strongly recommend not staying here. There are nicer places in the area with better value for dollar. I felt like I needed to shower after leaving given the air quality and overall experience staying here.
