Very nice

The front desk was amazing, friendly, professional and very helpful. I think that the pool area needs umbrellas (I understand the wind blew them away), but I think the trashcans should be emptied and the tables should be cleaned.

Great place to stay with friendly staff. Close to the airport. Quiet and comfortable beds..

The staff were super amazing! You can tell they love what they do and appreciate every guest! We would definitely come back again. I stayed one night with my 2 babies and wife.

Property needs a complete overhaul

quality hotel, easy walking distance to convention center, with a small kitchenette to make a longer stay a little more convenient.

Locks don’t work, the floors were not clean it was terrible experience

Not enough breakfast choices and coffee was okay.

Everything’s very old, cigarette burns on the bathroom counter, horrible water, pressure, and no shampoo or conditioner or soap in the bathrooms

The property was clean and tidy, and the location was good. The downside which I find real surprising is no shampoo or conditioner, spoons, coffee cups etc in the rooms. I realize that it is a budget hotel and we only were staying one night so it was fine but really those few extras would not cost a lot... but are very noticeable when not available.

It took me an hour to get into my room. Checked into 3 different rooms.

Not to clean, to old carpets old furnicher

You get what you pay for. We stayed here during Stagecoach and saved a bunch and were happy with the price, that we could prepare our own food. It was a little annoying that they say they will deliver kitchen appliances and then the front desk gave me a coffee maker, toaster and set of dishes to carry by myself. We also had to constantly get new keys and they didn’t have key sleeves to keep them from demagnetizing. But overall, I’d stay again if I don’t plan on spending much time in the room

Broken shower curtain rod, no iron board, no shampoo, no hair dryer, a muffin or granola bar as breakfast. Plus cockroaches! Would not recommend or return. Plus no one ever at yhe counter to tell issues too.
