Sufficiently comfortable and clean. The best thing was the people working there. They are quite efficient and kind to help the guests. When the PC on the lobby didn't work, a staff kindly printed my document out with his computer at the reception desk. Hot breakfast is another plus for sure. Consciousness pricing in Buckhead as well!

The front desk staff was phenomenal. I truly wish I remembered their names. It’s two younger black women who I think both wear glasses and an older black gentleman. They were all super super nice to me. My only critique is they need a system where the cleaning staff comes in everyday instead of every other day. Also, they need a bigger tank for the lemon water. But besides that fantastic work. Super friendly. Super communicative. Super accommodating. 9.5/10 experience!!

I have stayed at this locations on previous occasions because of its convenient location and the professional, and personable staff. Each time, I've noticed a decline in the facilities condition. During this last stay, I encountered problems with a broken tv remote, a broken hand held shower head, and a broken connection at the water source of the shower hose. I even fell in the bathroom due to water being on the floor after the maintenance guy "repaired" the shower. In the past, parking was free. Now, this facility assesses $15/day for parking in the same area as in the past, eventhough the published information states $12/day and no other apparent changes. It seems to be a ploy to increase profits. I visit Atlanta regularly, but do not plan to stay here again as I will seek a facility where comfort at this facility again.

Hotel was fine. It was check in that was a turn off. When I came to the door to check in it was locked. Pushed button and gentleman opened door. I commented when I came in that it was a first that door had to be opened at check in. He got defensive right away then it was as if he judged me and was nasty to me. I’m not from the city, never experienced the dangers but I didn’t need some guy making feel like crap. Then I gave him my name and “he couldn’t find me” and started be nasty saying I was at wrong hotel. I was dumbfounded and honestly didn’t want to say wrong thing. Awful I have to walk in on eggshells from the get go. Turns out he spelled my name wrong (after I showed him on my phone my reservation). I used the link the hotel sent for Google directions so I knew I was at the right hotel. Honestly it is sad when you are judged by your skin tone from the get go. When he asked if there was anyone else with me. I told him my boyfriend, when he found out he was Turkish it was as if his whole manner changed. Hotel was awesome. But first impression was not. I wanted to submit this after I left the hotel because who knows….

After checking in at Fairfield Inn and Suites, the air conditioning unit was not kooling the room properly. I let front desk know, as well as Expedia who book the reservations. Also the door to the bathroom would not close properly. Due to it been off balance and sum paint being over applied. I would not consider again.
