Excellent service friendly and helpful

Nice hotel, breakfast was basic and good and convenient. Most of all, I know that we appreciated the cold water bottles upon arrival in July heat! Room was clean, roomy and well done.

Beautiful room. Comfortable bed & pillows. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

This is a newer Fairfield Inn just east of Louisville. Very clean and nice. Just off the Interstate in an area that is not too developed. Some commercial construction going on nearby but the room(3rd floor) was very quiet. Breakfast had several choices so something for everyone. Staff was polite and helpful. All in all a nice overnight stay.

This was a very quiet and comfortable hotel stay. Staff was friendly. We enjoyed visiting the nearby outlet mall and La Cocina De Mama restaurant during our stay.

The hotel room was nice, bed was comfortable, wifi worked great. We found good food close by, breakfast was decent as well. Stall was friendly.

It was nice but I was charged twice and it’s going to be 5-7 business days before I will get my money back! The lady working the desk was all over getting the charge reversed fast for me I could not have been more impressed add that with how clean and quite it was I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a room!

The A/C was not on when we got there, so it was very hot and sticky when we just wanted to go to sleep. The A/C was very noisy all night. Also, there were ants in the bathroom. But, we were just here to sleep and get in the road in the morning, so it did the job.

The conditioner was out. The room did not have a fresh smell and there was trash in the hallways

Everything about this stay was fantastic. As a man doing business on the road, i always tend to feel cheated out of a stay and the cost associated with a stay. This place was fairly priced and not a bad thing to say about it. I paid $35 more the night before and by the time i hit my floor i had regretted booking. Highly recommended this hotel!!

There is no wifi here therefore no room key, tv, access to fitness..ridiculous.

The two nights we stayed were good. Was not made aware of this fee that is applied if the staff deems you a risk of destroying the room. 20 extra dollars a night. So to my shock after being told it was all paid up to be sprung on with this 41 some dollars extra. We pulled the rest out in cash and did not have it on the card, could not take cash for the payment. Would have been nice to know of this before hand so I did not have to ask family to spot that 40. The over night receptionist was amazing though. I forgot her name. She was so kind and because of her we will most likely book with this place again.
