Fairfield Inn in Wilmington NC was a nice stay- great staff and room was clean. They had a nice variety for breakfast as well. Property could use some updating. I would stay there again.

Great stay. No complaints, kids really enjoyed pool.

Great place to stay!

Definitely a good choice

we stayed for one night, the staff that checked us in was an angel, she helped figure out somethings that were out of places and we got to our room in under 10 minutes. if there was no issue we would have been to our room in no time. super speedy and efficient service. room was clean and tv was easy to use, staff was nice and caring. breakfast was good, good variety. checkout was smooth and simple and the hotel clerk was yet again very kind and helpful!

Awesome clean quiet

This property doesn't look like the pictures online. The pool is very small. The rooms do not have a microwave. You have to go to the lobby to use the microwave. Lastly, the breakfast is from 6:30-9:30. Most places are from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. Overall, I regret pay staying here.

The young lady that greeted me upon my arrival was extremely lovely, professional and kind. I wish all Hotels had this kind of employee. Additionally, the young man that checked me out was very kind and professional as well. I will stay here again when I visit Wilmington!

This place feels more like a hilton or upscale property. So much value for the price. Will definitely come back.

Breakfast Friday

It was a place to stay. Fridge didn't have a freezer and there was no microwave. Bathroom tiles are cracked. The staff was very friendly & helpful!!!

Was a great place to stay. Felt safe.

The place was neat and clean. I was unhappy with the service ( or lack of). I was told we would get our room serviced every other day. However, the only “service” we got was fresh towels once. Our beds were not made, trash wasn’t picked up, and no cleaning was done. We stayed there 5 days. I received an apology and points towards a future booking as compensation.

It was very clean and well kept, the staff throughout was friendly and helpful. Area was safe and within distance of everything. The breakfast was not very good, the choices were limited to powdered eggs and either bacon or highly processed sausage, waffles and toast.It was just wasn't quality I'd expect from a Marriot backed establishment and for the price I paid, about $180 a night. Gym and indoor pool was well kept. The beds were very comfy and shower was great. The furniture was well out dated. It was not a displeasing stay but not worth the high price.
