Perhaps I am one of the hotel's most frequent long-term guests, the hotel is reasonably good at this price. Nothing more nothing less. The hotel frequently has a group guest and can be noisy in the hallways. that’s the worst part.

部屋がきれいでとても良かったです。幹線道路の真上にあるため、交通音がうるさかったですが、他は良かったです。

57番のバスを使えばすぐダウンタウンに行くことも、帰ってくることもできるため、都市部から離れていてもさほど気にせず観光できる。

They did a sloppy job in bed making. I was out on Saturday during the stay. I came back hotel around 3pm but the room was not yet done. So I called front desk, which said they do it from the rooms for new customers checking in. Since they haven't done that for my room by 5:50 pm I checked the front desk. They said the staff went back home. This is insane!

大きなベッドで部屋も広く、バスタブもあって快適でした。部屋には冷蔵庫もありました。これであとは室内にセーフティーボックスがあればよいと思いました。 シェラトングループのホテルに低価格で泊まることができました。ただし、ビジネスで移動は全部タクシーでした。公共交通機関だけで利用するには少し不便なロケーションです。

reasonable, clean, and convenient if you have a car.

It would be very helpful to put traffic sign where to turn to get into the hotel. It is very confusing for someone from small town. Thank you for everything

I arrived around 11PM after a long drive, the guy at the front desk told me someone else already checked in my room. I showed him my confirmation to the reservation and my ID and the guy still argues with me saying someone already checked in. After a long wait he gave me a key to another room, and when I Tred to open that room there was a guy coming out of the room which was very scary. In all my years of traveling to various places I have never had a problem of these magnitude. When I came back to tell the receptionist at the time about what happened the guy didn't even apologize, and after a long wait he gave me another key and this time it was ok. So, the checking process was horrible and took more than one hr and the person in charge didn't seem to know what is going on and that was very bad. I will never stay in that hotel again!

The hotel is very nice and rooms are large and clean. The housekeeping cleaned our room each day thanks! It would be nice to have a hot tub. I was looking forward to it and disappointed that there wasn’t one. Also GPS shows the wrong spot as the hotel entrance which makes it extremely difficult to find and we had to go around d twice to get in.

Pros: Clean, well-kept, friendly and helpful staff Cons: weird location and noise issues (for some) This is a great hotel with a good breakfast buffet option ($18 additional charge in the restaurant) if you’re in a hurry. It looks recently remodeled and everything is clean. Staff is very friendly, respectful, and helpful. Only slight con is the location which leads to the noise. The hotel is literally built ABOVE a busy interstate, with traffic passing below the rooms. If you’re used to living next to a highway, it’s about the same noise level. However, this is Boston and Bostonian drivers communicate with their horns! If you’re noise-sensitive, it could be an issue for sleeping. Otherwise, great hotel!

Staff is great

There is nothing around this property that is interesting. The room was small, but well-appointed. Really nice tv with lots of channels. The bathroom was tiny, but clean and well-appointed. It served our purposes for a one-night stay near our family member. Free coffee was downstairs in the morning. I basically did nothing but sleep one night, get coffee in the morning, and leave. I will definitely stay there again under the same circumstances.

I was really disappointed by the poor condition of this hotel. Our first room had a mouse and was filthy—especially the bathroom, which looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. We were moved to another room, but the lock on the door was loose, and everything felt old, worn down, and neglected. This place is in serious need of updates and better maintenance. Would not stay here again unless major improvements are made.

The property had a strange smell. It was also very outdated. The towel rack in our room felt as if it was going to fall off at any moment. The windows were very dirty. The ac/heating unit was very loud.

We literally drove around this hotel four times on one-way roads trying to find the entrance. It is inconveniently located above and between major one-way highways. The property is great - if you can get to it.
