水のペットボトルが備え付けてなかったのが残念ポイント。あとはまあまあ良かった。朝食はすごいいいわけではなかったが最低限のものは揃ってたイメージ。

The only complaint is the bar/restaurant close extremely early.

Ended up having to change rooms late in the 2nd day of my stay because the shower that had been reported that morning was still not repaired. Moved to the new room and got to work responding to day's email from not being in the office and didn't notice until late that the floor of the bathroom had not been mopped since at least the prior occupant's stay - as a guy, looking at an unclean black marble floor, you know what you're looking at. Needless to say, that's just poor and it was too late in the evening for me to change rooms again. I noticed after that that most of the surfaces (sink top, side tables, etc) had clearly not been wiped down in some time. Next morning I go to have breakfast and the only people there were me and the attendant who was intently watching Youtube videos by the bar (I couldn't help but hear them.) I almost sat in a sticky chair that someone had clearly spilled a drink in and onto the floor below. I left the chair to the side of the table to signal "hey - this is a mess." After breakfast, I walked up to the desk to share my concerns as I was leaving and noticed that the chair that I was pointing out was pushed back in and nothing had been cleaned up. This just signals to me a lack of supervision and focus on details. I didn't realize this hotel was part of the Marriott chain but it certainly isn't part of the standards I was taught by Marriott early in my career. Just disappointing - I actually like the hotel.

I stayed here for the Houston Rodeo. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was lovely with Western decor. I enjoyed my stay!

The bar and restaurant was closed due to short of staff . The breakfast was for 10 dollars per day per adult it was horrible, you better of going out for breakfast. There was water bugs in hallway . There was an odor in the hallway and elevator.

Two weeks ago, we made a weekend reservation at this hotel, and our experience was absolutely wonderful! Rehab and the rest of the staff provided outstanding service, making us feel welcome and cared for. The hotel was peaceful and relaxing, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The only thing to keep in mind is that having a car is quite necessary to get around, as public transportation options in the area are limited. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!

Easy parking and close to the highway and beltway. Local restaurants a few minutes away.

The hotel was good, but the only thing I was not happy about was the latch on the door was broken and the shower would not stay closed! Other than that it was good! I would stay there again!

Everything was excellent except the bath shower floor was quite dirty. We cleaned it ourselves so it wasn’t stains!

Pretty good stay for a pretty good price

I have to be honest there was a very musty mold smell in the second floor hallway which is where our room was. And felt a little uneasy with a police car sitting in the parking lot one night into the morning!

Services have changed and Orbitz have not updated. The facility is charging for breakfast per person when just last month in November it was free. Housekeeping does not play attention to cleaning. We had to repeat for them to sweep because they had not done so the day before. Since our last stay in November it has changed a lot, not sure if it’s new owners or what happened.

The hotel looks great and cozy, with comfortable “living room” settings in lobby and each floor’s elevator lobby. The rooms are okay, but nothing more than that. Beds are not too comfortable for heavier persons (90kg plus) as they are too soft. The 5th floor hallway smells strange, like mould, and room 517 smelled the same. After sleeping one night there, we couldnt stand the smell any longer and asked for another room, which was provided promptly. The next room 525 also had a peculiar smell but at least not like mould. The breakfast was okay, not too many choices of cold dishes but at least continental standard warm dishes (egg, sausage, bacon). We booked the room with breakfast included trough hotels.com but this didnt show up in the hotel’s system, however after discussing the issue during check in, the hotel still decided to provide us the breakfast for free.
