The heater is getting old, but it works fine. The area is quiet and comfortable, and the owner was kind. You can also reach tourist attractions on foot in about 20 minutes. The overall impression is good, with low accommodation costs.

We really enjoyed our stay here as there were 3 of us. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. We had 2 queen beds. They have an elevator; ice machine and a really cool coffee machine in the lobby! Serves Pete’s and Starbucks! I really dug the guy at the front desk, very attentive and knowledgeable. Well, that’s what you can’t read. Will be returning.

I was clean and nice. But it was a little noisy from the street traffic

Front staff was super nice. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. The building is dated and parking wasn’t the best from a come & go convince standpoint. But would stay here again.

Nice motel on Lombard street with easy access to San Francisco. Free parking for cars was a wonderful plus. Rooms were clean and well maintained and the motel was quiet overall with no drama or issues.

Stayed here for a night. Okay for the price. Our room had a musty smell and our bathroom fan didn’t work. Staff were pleasant and check in/out was quick and easy

The inn was centrally located, with ample parking spaces. It was also within walking distance to a few public transit options, but a bit far from BART. The room was quite spacious, especially the bathroom. It was also recently renovated. However, the noise was Lombard St was too much. The rooms had poor sound proof, and the noise from the traffic, especially the motorbikes, could be disruptive to many sleepers.

The room itself was very nice and clean. The walls are very thin and we unfortunately could hear every word of people who passed by our room. The traffic noises were so loud that we did not get much sleep after 6am when the traffic started. The location is great and we had a great view of the golden gate bridge from our window. We will unfortunately not stay again due to the extremely loud noises.

Hotel com excelente localização, 15 minutos de caminhada ate a região da Ghirardeli Square. Predio antigo, com elevador antigo, mas com quartos bons, banheiro bastante grande. O estacionamento é grátis, o que é sem duvida um ponto muito positivo em se tratando de San Francisco. Arrumação todos os dias de qualidade. Nao tem café da manhã, apenas maquina de cafe e chocolate quente. Com certeza tem um excelente custo beneficio, especialmente levando-se em consideração a sua localização. Recomendo a estadia.

Clean, updated rooms. Very basic, but just what we needed.

Das Hotel liegt fussläufig bei Fishermans Wharf. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und geräumig. Es gibt kostenlosen Kaffee an der Rezeption. Allerdings können keine Koffer zwischengelagert werden. Was vor allem bei einem späten Rückflug nicht ideal ist.

I was able to check in earlier with no additional fees and front desk staff was helpful when giving directions for taking public transportation.

I had an issue when checking in, my card kept getting declined and it wasn’t because of my bank (I called them). It was very overwhelming because I only brought 1 card. There’s a $200 deposit you need to pay and they will only accept a card with the name of the person that booked the hotel. So make sure you have more than 1 card just in case. We got lucky, after several attempts the transaction finally went through. They’re machine only allowed them to use the card to tap to pay or swipe it, there’s no mobile pay allowed or an option to insert the chip. The property was decent, the room was clean, and it was very affordable. The rooms are smaller than I expected and if there’s no parking you’ll have to double park. We were within driving distance of everything which was great! The gentlemen that work there were extremely kind.

We checked in so late and they were so accommodating. The beds were comfy and we walked to the MOST delicious breakfast spot ever in just 2 minutes. New spot on Polk…you won’t regret it!!!

Everything is walking distance.Place is remodeled in excellent condition.
