ディズニーのお土産ショップが近くに2点あり面白かったです。 部屋も広く綺麗で快適でした。 チェックインのフロントの方もとても優しかったです！

ホテル周りにはウォルマートやIHOPやCVS等いろいろありました。CVSへはランドリー側のドアから行くと近いです。 ホテル自体は簡単な朝食もあり、コーヒーマシンは24時間使えるし、クッキーも美味しくとても快適でした。虫がたくさん出るという口コミがあったのでワクワク期待してたのですが、全く出なくて残念でした。 私達のミスで夜の12時頃に迷惑をかけてしまったのにも関わらず、フロントのレオさんが優しく丁寧に対応してくれました。とにかくホテルスタッフは皆さん優しいです！行くことがあればまた利用したいです。 All the staff at the hotel were very helpful! Especially Leo at the front desk was absolutely amazing- kind.

Galleria Palms was a nice place to stay. The location was amazing. It took us less than 10 minutes to get to all the Disney Parks and ESPN. The hot breakfast and mid day cookies were great! All of the staff members were so helpful and nice. It could use some updates on the facility itself, but overall it was a pleasant stay!

Excellent service

We love staying at Galleria Palms. The price to stay there is very reasonable, the breakfast is great, the shutttle to Disney parks is very convenient, and the front desk staff are helpful and accommodating. One gentleman even brought out on request their daily fresh baked cookies for my husband and I after we arrived (hungry and tired) on the shuttle around 10:30pm. It's not high class but perfect if you're only sleeping there and gone most of the day. My only complaint is that the bottom of the bathtub needed a good scrubbing. Galleria Palms is our first choice for stays in Orlando!

The property was pretty decent. It was nice and quiet. The beds could use to be replaced soon. The shower curtains definitely needs replaced and my shower only really had hot water, I couldn't make it cool. I also had to really really struggle to get the shower on, as the knob is very very hard to get up.

Stayed here for our Disney trip and couldn’t ask for a closer better location. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean enough but there was a few issues. The tub faucet was very loose so much so you were kind of afraid it was going to break off when you tried to use it. There was quite a bit of water damage around the bathroom floor wall and door, so much so it was flaking away. The iron would only work a few minutes at a time and leaked while using. In all needs lots of repairs but otherwise would be a great stay.

I looked for a hotel near ESPN with Continental Breakfast and took a chance on Galleria Palms. I was really surprised to find a great hotel close to everything, with great service and a full breakfast and even cookies served between 4-7 pm and various beverages Available 24 hours.

I liked the welcome from the reception at check in. The room was super clean. The pool was great. There are many finer options clii of se to the hotel.

The hotel was quiet and I loved there wasn’t carpet in the room. The bed was relatively comfortable. It would have been nice to have 2 chairs in the room. I was so disappointed with breakfast especially the first morning. The only 2 main protein choices were eggs and a breakfast burrito (filled with EGGS)! I don’t eat eggs. For the price it was a pretty nice stay.

Disney parks were within minutes from the hotel. Lots of dining options nearby. A big gift shop within walking distance.

It was a good hotel, close to so many different fast food and sit down restaurants. We were even less than 10 minutes from Animal Kingdom. So when we visited Disney, we did not have far to go. Although we usually enjoy staying on Disney property most years, this time we stayed at the Galleria Palms Hotel. Front desk was really sweet, they had fresh baked cookies every night, beds were comfy, housekeeping was attentive and their pool was nice and clean. The biggest negative would be the bathroom. Definitely not a tub that I would feel comfortable taking a bath. The light over the sink kept going out even though maintenance did replace it. It also would’ve been nice to have a comfy chair to sit in since this hotel is probably never gonna be a one night stay for business travelers passing through. When we wanted to rest at the hotel, the only place to sit, was an office chair or on the bed. High marks given to Karin at the front desk. She was the sweetest young lady. ❤️

The room was clean and inviting. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was good every day. The pool area is clean and clean towels are provided. It is not too far from the parks. There is a shuttle but we didn't use it.

Loved it! Definitely will be back!

Perfect, easy, convenient spot to stay. I’d happily go there again.

Ficamos apenas uma noite e o quarto estava muito limpo, não tem carpete o que para nós é excelente e roupa de cama e banho novas e cheirosas. Café da manhã gostoso. Excelente custo-benefício!
