Very convenient - easy access to the freeway. Quiet and clean with a friendly staff

Smaller hotel, but very clean and the staff was really nice.

Close to downtown and fine for the night.

Great place to stay that is within walking distance to the Glenwood Hot Springs Pool. It was also convenient to walk to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to purchase discount tickets for the pool there.

Perfect centrally located hotel for Glenwood!

Friendly staff, perfect location, walking distance to downtown, restaurant, Glenwood Hot Spring, and to Yampah Spa & Vapor Caves. I checked out and needed a room to hop on a meeting and the staff provided me with the space I needed, and they also are able to store your luggage while you venture out.

Would stay here again.

Old hotel perfectly suited for our stay in GS. Nothing fancy but comfortable and inexpensive. GREAT restaurant right next door - Rosie's.

Very comfortable beds and nice stay. Nothing fancy but good affordable stay.

From the start, parking is not great. Lots of rundown car's. AC never got below a comfortable point. Lots of upstairs noise, street and a park behind the room with lots of underage drinking and loud music. The towels, throughout the room, we're so worn and they stressed more about not using their amazing towels for anything outside of the room or you will incur additional fees. Flies all over the room, curtains stained with oily hand prints, carpet pulling away from the walls and floor, no basic shower soaps and/or hair care. Ice container looked like a used big butter container. The front door was so dirty, on the handle and lock, with what looked like dried food and blood stains. 1 roll of half used toilet paper. The most uncomfortable mattress I have EVER slept on. God forbid you ask for a late checkout and now I know why....you want to leave even before the 11am checkout. Very rundown that I would not even trust the "free breakfast". Will not stay here again!!!

The room was cramped, bed was practically in the bathroom, no room to get ready. The bed was slanted (probably cuz you have to sit on it to use the sink). Front Desk gal kept telling me the room was COZY! I paid a premium for COZY aka CRAMPED. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH ANOTHER PERSON. The only good thing I can say, is the maids were very sweet and friendly.

It is a basic clean, quiet room. No frills, but decent for the price.

Loved our stay at this charming motel. The rooftop deck is a nice place to hang out and enjoy the night sky. My only critique would be about the continental breakfast. We came in at 8:30am (it ended at 9qm) and it didn't seem like they were worried about replenishing anything. So it was a bit of a let down and we went to the bakery down the road

Glenwood Springs Inn I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. I found a bug in my bed, and when I reported it to the front desk, I was told that it was “normal during this time of year.” I was shocked by the lack of concern and the unprofessional response from the staff. Instead of offering to help or resolve the situation, they simply dismissed it as something I should expect. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel. Basic cleanliness and guest comfort should always be a priority, regardless of the season. I would not recommend

It is an old motel but maintained remarkably well. The front desk person was very welcoming. We would stay again if we return to the area.
