Room was nothing like it's picture, 2 x Key Card did not work or open, asked for 1st floor/ground instead was given 3rd floor, tried calling front desk from my cellphone because there was no phone in the room, toilet did not want to flush, had to use the 2 plunger on either side of the toilet, room was freezing even when i punched the low temperature dirty button, 2 lamps had no bulb, no soap, limited towels and my room was on the ghetto side of the complex, the obvious oder in the elevator smelled of weed. Never again would i stay, nor recommend.

Pésimas instalaciones y el servicio en recepción muy malo. La habitación sucia, la ropa de cama sucia y percudidas.

Nisiquiera pase la noche ahi, el lugar estaba asqueroso, el baño sucio con oiezas sueltas, en general muy mala experiencia!!! Estuve 5 minutos en la ha itscion y decidi que no era un lugar apto para pasar la noche y no quisieron hacer el rembolso aun y cuando los que tenian malas condiciones eran ellos

Hotel for homeless people

The customer service was great but the hotel was a liitle worn down. Our room was fine and the ac worked. Thank God bc it was 109 degrees that day. So thats the important part.

We arrived after booking from seeing pics online. FALSE Advertising! Our room was no where near as nice as the pics show. I hope this will allow me yo post the pics we took so no one else books at this terrible facility!!!

Descuidada en general, tuve fallas en la manija de entrada a la habitación medio se solucionó, al llegar nuevamente mas noche, volvio a fallar y no habia personal para resolver el problema pude entrar a mi cuarto despues de 30 min intentando.

They did not respect my reservation through Expedia. I ended up paying double the price that was originally advertised. Terrible experience!!!

Al arribar me informaron que cancelaron mi reservación sin previo aviso. Nunca me avisaron. Falta de profesionalismo. Pesimosss
