It wasn’t too crowded it was actually a nice stay except the property is a little run down. The lobby ceiling was bad the elevators broke down the 2nd day we were there and we had to go through a small elevator down the hall that looked like it were the maintenance elevator. Our toilet wouldn’t flush, in order for it to flush we had to hold down the lever. The wall in the hallway on the 2rd floor was bubbly as if it were getting wet. The restroom smelled like sewer. The pool is very small.

I would definitely stay here again

Liked how clean the property was and the staff were friendly.

Pros: Nice, clean, professional staff and comfortable. Cons: Far for the nightlife, pool to small and wished more restaurants stay open later on the weekends. Not sure if this is a on going issue but the elevator was out of service.

My room smelled like dirty wet towels. Had a bug in my bed , shower was backed up and tile in bathroom was broken and lifted when walked on

Fire alarm went off right after check in and no announcement made that it was a false alarm for ar least 15 min. Main elevator was shut down and didn't reopen the whole time we were there. Water drained super slow, hair came out of drain in shower (wasn't ours). Worst water pressure award, could barely wash the soap out of my hair. Out of body wash in container and didn't find out until in the shower. Floor in bathroom sticky. Only one pool towel provided for two Lightbulb out in lamp. Large green stain in two spots on carpet. Other than above mentioned, room was clean and cool. Hairdryer and coffee provided in room.

To check in early you have to oay $50 if its in the afternoon its $30 and after 2pm its free. You can't use 2 different cards for incidentals. Their were signs elevators were down didnt know which was the one running after the front desk lady told us the wrong one. The sink was out black stuff would pop up. We had to get someone at 4am to help with the sink to drained since it was about to over flow. The wallpaper was falling apart on hallway walls. We played at the keno and no cocktail waitressever came by to ask if we needed anything. They would just walk by without even asking.. My family and I wouldnt stay here again. It was disappointing experience.

Love the Golden Nugget. Especially simce Bubba Gump Shrimp is in house.

It was okay. It is an older building. The pool area wasn't secured. Anyone could walk in and they did. The housekeeping staff were so friendly and very efficient. Great variety of restaurants and friendly staff.

Nice room, comfy bed, fridge in room...shower drainage mostly clogged...and hair dryer was broken....other than that, it was good. I would stay there again....even though i am not a fan of the surprise resort fees which were added on to my "final" expedia price...and the early check in fees of 60.00 and 30.00.

Horrible experience staying at Golden Nugget. I have a service dog and was trying to show documentation to staff and they denied it saying they had to charge me additionally saying it was state law of Nevada. I had stayed at Las Vegas prior to coming here and was not charged at all for having a service dog. If you have a service dog do not come to Golden Nugget! They will say it’s hotel policy and that they have to charge you $80 per night regardless. I had reserved two rooms during my stay and the first room I was originally given smelled horrible because it was a smoking room and I do not smoke at all. I urged they give me another room and they did. The next day we had left for various hours so that housekeeping can clean our rooms and when we came back in the afternoon one of the rooms was not cleaned at all. Not even basically toiletries were given.

Tile grout needs steam cleaning in bathrooms and lobby. Construction across hallway started at 6:30am and woke us up. I like how close parking structure is to lobby. CJ restaurant had great food and the open air to palm trees and waterfall was great!
