チェックインの際、英語が分からず戸惑っていたらフロントスタッフの方が翻訳アプリを使って日本語訳のテキストを渡してくださりとても助かりました。 客室のミネラルウォーターは有料ですが、ホテル内のジムにあるウォーターサーバーの水は無料で飲めます。 West lake駅から近いですが、駅からホテルまでの徒歩2，3分の間にも治安の良くないエリアがあるので要注意。

Comfortable bed

Rooms are spacious & clean, staff was very friendly & helpful.

Stay was great. Bed was comfortable. When we arrived the girl at desk stated they did not have to do cleaning every day and she said or you can pick one day. We were staying 3 days. We said yes we want one day of cleaning service. She stated then it will be the last day you leave. Was not impressed about that and did not have room cleaned since felt they were being rude.

Nicely appointed rooms and bathrooms. Excellent location.

Location is good, walking distance to Pike Place. Hotel does not have its own parking, have to use the public parking. A little pricy for parking. There is a shared door to next room. We can hear kids constantly screaming from next doors.

We stayed at this property for 1 night prior to leaving from Seattle on an Alaskan cruise. The check in process was smooth, the service from the front desk & bell staff was great and the property was really beautiful. Our room was very clean and elegantly appointed. Could have done with more/different artwork on the wall (there was some strangely empty space from a design standpoint) but everything was very comfortable. The fancy electric window shade was a luxury touch as well. There was quite a bit of noise from outside around bedtime - both from engines revving and also from some apparent tree-trimming that was going on late in the evening (think wood chipper noises) but it didn't keep us up overnight. We started off our day with breakfast at Ruth's Chris and it was lovely - hardly anyone in the restaurant, excellent food and very attentive service. The neighborhood is a little unsettling in places but that's just downtown in a big city nowadays. We walked back & forth to the Pike Place Market and didn't feel overly unsafe, but I probably wouldn't have gone back out after dark, at least not alone. Overall, this was a nice stopping point for 1 night and we would consider staying here again if we return to Seattle.

Beautiful, well appointed hotel

Great place

Arrived to find a lobby full of people waiting for rooms to be ready. Housekeeping wasn’t getting them ready before the 4pm check in. Staff said it would be 20 mins to an hour to get in a room.

Beautiful hotel! Right in the heart of downtown Seattle. Very clean hotel. Very friendly/helpful staff!
