清潔で快適でしたが、シャワーカーテンがやや短いのと、クローゼット代わりのバーはあるけれど、ハンガーが無いのは残念でした。

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It took 4 hours to get some towels (because they didn’t clean the room), since they kept forgetting that I asked. The alarm went off on the safe when I tried to open it so I asked the front desk to turn it off. Again, they forgot that I asked and when they finally showed up, they could not fix it. They told me to wait and never came back, so I went to the front desk (since they never picked up the phone) and the same guy that told me to wait said “how can I help you?” Like he’d never seen me before. They never got it fixed and I had to put a pillow over the safe so I could sleep. There were many other things, but all in all, just a terrible experience. DO NOT stay at this hotel.

Breakfast was included and service was good. Room was a little dirty.

I stayed in Room 102 at the Grandview Hotel New York and had a very disappointing experience. The tub/shower was clogged and even after notifying staff, it was never fixed. There was a ceiling vent with no cover, which looked unsafe and unclean. The toilet would not flush unless the handle was held down. The room was not properly cleaned: the ice bucket still had water in it, there was a used shampoo bottle left in the shower, and the roll of toilet paper provided was nearly gone with no spare—so I had to ask for one. The towels provided were very small and of poor quality. For the price and expectations of a New York hotel, this was unacceptable. I strongly recommend that management address these issues to improve guest experience.

Good place to stay for a couple of nights

Everything was good except the service. I asked for room service/ housekeeping 3 times, never showed. Asked for extra pillows, said will be sent to the room, never showed.

Very nice staff at front desk, nice and helpfull. The kept our luggage after the checkout time, so we had time to go to the us open and come back to the hotel, pick up luggage and go to the airport. Super convenient, also full of parking available for free.

Good place to stay in New York for the price and for attending tennis US Open. Close to public transportation.

Room was old ang tight but clean except for the shower curtain was moldy. But up yo there it was fine. What we didn't like was the service. Keep asking to clean the room and noone show up. Añso ask for towels and paper toilet adn it took us about 3 times asking for them to get them. I will not stay there again. Also the neightborhood is not the best.

The hotel is clean. Covenient location to Laguardia airport and US Open tennis tournament. Staff was friendly. Our queen room was a bit tight sizewise, but we only stayed for 1 night each of our two stays, and found it sufficient. Very convenient meal options about a 5-10 minute walk away. Hotel is on a bus route that stops right out front of hotel. Makes it convenient to get to many other places in the NYC area. 20 min walk to subway.

Stayed for a concert at Forrest Hills Stadium. The tub did not drain and the room smelled of urine. The sheets/bed and towels were visibly dirty and the room did not look like it had been cleaned.

My requested room wasn't ready, so had to wait, and then the floors were dirty.

It was dirty and noisy if living in the first floor.
