Great Wolf Lodge Manteca

Check in was easy. When my family and I got to the room, there wasn’t any hand soap, then when my daughter came out of the shower, we noticed that the bathtub was clogged. Since I had reached out the front desk for hand soap, when one of the employees brought it to my room, I notified her of the bathtub issue, she called someone while she was taking a look at the bathtub ,who told her to place an order to get it fixed. We waited for 2 hours, and no one came. I went to the front desk to see what had happened and she checked to see of there was any order placed and there was none. The front desk employee offered to send someone but I explained her that it was already10:30pm and 2 of my children were already asleep. She just apologized and I went back to my room. I’m very dissatisfied and I will not recommend family and friends to come stay at this place.

It was our first time going, and we brought the whole family — we all had an awesome time! The only issue was the air conditioning. It made a really loud noise during the night, which made it hard for us to sleep. That was the only downside to an otherwise great experience.

My family really enjoyed this trip. The pool area was clean and nice. Life guards on duty very attentive.

We went for my granddaughter’s 5th birthday and had a great time. Staff, room and activities were great. The only problem we had was with accessibility at the automatic doors I use a mobility scooter and my mom was in a wheelchair and the accessibility doors didn’t work very well or not at all at some doors.

Absolutely a great stay.

Fantastic place with small, but nice waterpark - lots to do even though it is small and a range of activities from water slides to wave pool to outdoor swim area. The staff were extremely friendly and even wore wolf ears. Will certainly return again.

Fantastic experience! The rooms are very well-kept and cleaned. All staff members are helpful and very friendly.

We had a really great time at this property. Perfect getaway for one weekend!

Awesomeness

Our two-night stay at the resort was underwhelming. Despite friendly staff, my child and spouse suffered numerous bug bites on the first night, and harsh chlorine levels in the pool caused eye irritation for my child. While the kid-friendly events were appreciated, the bug issue is a major inconvenience, requiring us to take precautions at home. Although the staff offered a complimentary two-night stay for the bites, we're unlikely to return soon

We took our kids here for the first time . They had a blast. The place was big and full of people . We spent three days . Our first two nights were not great. It was so loud and there was a group Of kids yelling and screaming in front of our door at 1am. We called the front desk twice and they said they’d have security come up. They never did . Then the next night a female and her daughter ina screaming match at 2am in front of our door .. it was just a very restless sleep . We left early .
