I had a comforting time at this property. The staff and manager were very nice.

I have only stayed here twice. The first time the service was out of this world exceptional. Jen and Sarah are just absolute gems!!! We loved our stay overall and we really enjoyed the spa and pool and drinks at the bar. I would say my only complaints were that they were training new employees and while I tried to be patient; the check in experience was awful. We came for our anniversary and the woman at the front couldn’t have cared less. No upgrade for being an Expedia member, no special treatment whatsoever. Basically here’s your key. Also odd that we had two small beds in our room, but maybe I accidently booked the wrong thing. Anyways overall we had a relaxing time, my other issue was that it was extremely loud at night and I don’t mean the train just constant people slamming doors and running up and down the halls till 2 am. Which didn’t make for a very “relaxing” anniversary weekend.

Hotel is clean, has a variety of services such as restaurant and shuttle service. Rooms are spacious with big entry for ski gear and separate bathroom and sink areas.

Has beautiful scenery and it was near a Nordic ski track. It had a nice ambience and warm feel to it.

This propery is amazing as far as what you want from a lodge. Rooms were a little dated, noisey and the shutters allowed all the morning light in. Everything else was remarkable

We loved the live music.

Stayed here the weekend with my family. This is our second time staying at the hotel. The staff were wonderful and friendly and went out their way to make our stay hassle free. They provided us a microwave in the room to allow us to sterilize bottles for feeding our son. The room looked onto the golf course, the room is a decent size, clean and has a decent shower. Only complaint was the beds were a little soft for us but that is a personal preference for us and would not detract us from staying at the hotel again. They have fire pits and sofas on their porch overlooking the golf course, a lovely way to spend a fiesta night with a couple of drinks playing board games with friends. Also really appreciate the complimentary coffee and tea provided all day. Highly recommend this hotel and the staff are excellent.

This property is set in a country club so nice environment, great interior with all amenities and good food, but within 5 minutes from downtown Whitefish.

We were here for a hockey tournament.I wish we had more time to do the cross country coarse. There was live music both nights shuttle that took team to dinner. Hot tub was amazing. Will definitely come back. The staff was so friendly

Beautiful lodge in dreamy picturesque MT settings. Guest services are friendly. Food at Logan's was AMAZING! Highly recommend eating there, especially the seared trout! Unfortunately, we would not recommend the Grouse Mountain Lodge. When we came into our loft room #257, we found dirty kid's socks under the table, food in and under the couch and King size bed, a splatter of brown liquid dripped and dried by the sink and a big iron mark on the floor. The second room #258 was a bit cleaner, but we still found trash under furniture, that made us feel like the room hadn't been cleaned properly. The outdoor hot tub was closed for maintenance (a main selling point for all day skiers like our family). With no bathtubs in the rooms for soaking muscles, it was very disappointing. The indoor pool was also an odd green color and the walls slightly slimy. We went in and immediately out again, because of the yuck look and feel of the water. Our biggest issues were the nickel and diming of this resort. We had a premium booking with complimentary shuttle services. I was hosting a group from Texas and they were constantly being told wrong information, over charged for services and waiting for scheduled shuttle services for over 30 minutes with little communication. You feel like the hotel is being cheap, while looking like luxury. We stayed two nights and two nights at the cheaper Pine Lodge. The Pine Lodge looks a lot less impressive, but it took care of our group like they were royalty!

The lodge is beautiful. Unfortunately, front desk staff are rude and unprofessional. We weren’t notified ahead of time that the hot tub was broken. If we had been notified we would have booked somewhere else.

Always love the stay. Love that we can have our dog with us without an extra charge. Unfortunately do not like the hefty charge for the restaurant breakfast. Also, we had some very loud, stompy/thudy neighbors above us. We wouldn't normally be concerned about our neighbors. Loud or not. But, we have a baby under 1, that was having a hard time sleeping because they were so loud.

I like the size of the room and the coat hooks that always come in handy on a ski trip. The restaurant was top notch, food excellent! Hot tub and pool closed was a downside.

Our only complaint is the bar and grill wasn't open for breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful lig and stone construction situated on a lovely golf course. The room had vaulted ceilings and was nice and quiet. The restaurant is good and the shuttle service was excellent. I left an item and the staff promptly arranged for it to be sent to me.
