I enjoyed my stay & the staff was so very nice.

Very good hotel

Enjoyed this property very much. It was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and attentive. Great place to stay and we will be back.

Too much contraction near by and room kinds of cold

The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. The one suggestion I have would be to install some water bottle filling stations.(like Elkay). A lot of people myself included trying to fill our water bottles from the glass cooler is by the front desk. Kind of a sanitation problem because the mouth of everyone’s bottle is touching the faucet.

The hotel is starting to age

The staff is amazing! Friendly, helpful, kind and they help make the place a very joyful one!

There was major construction surrounding the hotel. Difficult to get in and out during our stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed to use the gym and two of the four treadmills didn’t work. This was not a major dislike but I believe if you’re going to offer a gym. Make sure your equipment is working properly and if not have it repaired. Over all, really nice facility with a good breakfast.

The hotel was nice clean and friendly. Getting to the hotel at first was a challenge due to road work.

Room was comfortable

The lady and gentleman at the front desk were really nice, the room was clean and not too dated. Comfortably stayed here with my family. Oh and the breakfast was actually worth getting out of bed for.

Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Lots of parking. Room was kind of cramped.

Workout room, equipment badly in need of repair. Tried 3 different treadmills. 1. Couldn’t make treadmill work. 2. Heart rate monitor inoperative 3. Heart rate monitor inoperative, TV didn’t work. Staff very nice, breakfast good.

The staff, especially Fernando, was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They made sure my room stayed clean, and the breakfast was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel for any of your needs.

If you are traveling on a budget, this is an excellent hotel. It does look like it could use a bit of renovation, but it’s still not bad at all for the price. I loved that we didn’t have to pay for the parking or the WiFi, however, they will ask for you to pay 5$ per night if you would like to use the internet for videos or movies and so. They said the free WiFi is more for simple tasks like emailing and reading. The staff were phenomenal! One thing I struggled with was the breakfast. I don’t eat any pork products and almost all of their hot cooked breakfast has some form of pork product ( oil, sausage,…) and I eat healthy foods so I didn’t have much left to eat. Other than that it was a good experience.

Great breakfast, very comfortable beds, fun pool area with beach balls; overall, we are very happy with our stay!

Hi, I like the most of the room bed it was very comfortable and everything very clean. Also the staff in front was very nice and respectful. The only thing I was kind of disappointed it was a white lady that was very unpleasant with citizenship latino people. Beside that everything was very good and very well. Thank you, I was very pleased with my time over the hotel, Ms. Lucena
