全体的に高級感があり、快適であった。バスタブはないが、電子レンジがあり便利だった。朝食は充実していて美味しく、スタッフもみんな親切で好印象だった。チャイニーズシアターやドルビシアターまでは、道を選べば安全に徒歩で移動できる。ヒルトンオーナーズに加入していれば特典を受けられる。

When the child left his cell phone in the metrobus, the staff kindly helped me with the inquiry. Unfortunately, I didn't come back, but I would like to thank the staff for their best. The room is clean and there is no problem. You can walk a little to the center of Hollywood. Free drinks are provided, which is great. There was no disposable toothbrush. Overall, I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

コーヒーや水、カトラリーなど充実していました。とても快適に過ごすことができました。スーパーマーケットまでが歩いて15分ほどだったので、少し不便でした。ユニバーサルまでは車で20分ほどで、今回の観光の目的だったので、とても良かったです。

Fine hotel, close to almost everything. A bit expensive parking, but nice employees. The breakfast is varieret and above normal.

I really enjoyed my stay. Was only here for 1 night to attend a concert at the Hollywood Palladium and it’s so close. 10 minute walk with restaurants all nearby. Looks a little sketchy at first but it was totally safe! Staff was AMAZING; including those at Valet. They were so nice! Rooms were great as well. Overall, great stay!

Front desk was not friendly and not helpful. Valet attendants were very friendly. Hotel was not in the best area. Air conditioning panel was hard to understand so it kept turning off. Only a sliding door that doesn’t lock on the bathroom so if you have curious/clingy little ones that can be really frustrating. We were out from 8am to 4pm on Saturday and no one came to empty the trash or give new towels. We called the front desk and asked for 4 towels and they only sent 3. They didn’t give us enough toilet paper so we also had to call for more. It was seriously two half used rolls so you’d think they’d leave an extra one. Front desk doesn’t always answer.

Very nice property, close to everything. Walk of fame is about a 3min drive. Paramont studio is also close.

Great hotel with super helpfull staff. Our room had a useless couch though, but we got some extra chairs - so fast response from staff. Decent breakfast. A little miss, that all plates/cutlery was plastic/paper.. not super eco friendly.

Loved the hotel. The neighborhood is not the best! Breakfast was delicious! Parking staff and security was very friendly and attentive
