good location

One night. Clean. Nice staff. No hot water in the shower which was awful.

Check-in was seamless and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Lobby and rooms were very clean. Very close walk to show venues and bars and restaurants. Overall a great experience.

Check in Personal wenig hilfsbereit. Umgebung nach dem Feierabend ist ziemlich Leer gefegt. Kaum Auswahl beim essen

I didn’t like that we had to pay for Valet parking. It should be included with the hotel stay. It was so crowded waiting for a valet worker to come take everyone’s ticket to get their car. Also the breakfast was not good. The sausages did not look cooked fully and the eggs were runny and wet. And for as big as this hotel is, why is there only one waffle maker? We had to stand on line to wait to make a waffle because it was crowded with only one waffle maker. My room didn’t have a microwave in it. Wasn’t to happy with my stay this time.

We stayed for 3 nights - easy access for getting around town and enoying our vacation.

Great place to stay if you are seeing a show at the Palace. Staff is wonderful, especially Amanda.

One of the best restaurants in the area adjoins the hotel but be prepared to open your wallet wide.

The front desk staff is terrible. We arrived at 12:30 and door was locked. We ring for 5 minutes finally he let got in. Then the staff is rude telling us to wait for 10 minutes because he needs to reboot the system. We have never experienced this kind of condition at a hotel. Very disappointing.

Perfect location for us to attend our event at the Palace Theater. Excellent hotel.

There was a construction going on the floor we stayed but we were not informed. Poorly covered the area. We could hear people talking in the other rooms, hear closing doors etc very loudly.

sehr gute Lage dicht an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und mit Bus zum Bahnhof. sauber, grosses Zimmer mit Sofa und Kühlschrank. Fenster als einziges nicht sauber. Das Hotelrestaurant hat nur eingeschränkt offen und abends/am Wochenende gibts wenig Alternativen. Frühstückt ist einfach (vor allem süss) und Einweggeschirr - das passt nicht zum Hotelflair

Night life was mediocre. Most places close 10 or 11pm on a Saturday night

Good location. Property is a little tired but the staff are pleasant. We did ask for the bathroom amenities to be refilled and extra towels but they never came after 3 requests. Breakfast is typical fare and plentiful. Coffee, tea and iced water are available all day which is wonderful.

Very nice. Staff was super helpful and responisve to requests. Very clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast options.

Room was supposed to be cleaned after 2 days but never happened....thermostate not working but I never complained
