部屋の向きにもよると思いますがハイウェイの目の前なので夜もうるさいのが難 あとエアコンの音も壮大だし、風呂の蛇口はグラグラで壊れかけだったりと、ホテル全体的には良かったのですが、部屋がハズレでした。

Nice property right next to the highway breakfast was just okay

The property smells and an attempt to cover up with poor smelling air freshener that will give you a headache. My room had pee and mold in bathroom. The shared spaces do not have air conditioner. The hallways were too warm. I filed multiple complaints and manager refused to talk to me.

I liked the service and facilities the property had to offer. I didn’t like that you had to pay for parking.

Room smelled like dirty mop was used to clean room especially bathroom. Carpet was stained and sticky in some areas. Bed skirts dirty.

Love the Coffee Station that is Available! Cookies after 5pm Is good too!!

La instalaciones fueron muy lindas pero encontramos muchas manchas en las sábanas pero en realidad eso es algo común en los hoteles. Lo cual no me afectó tanto Pero de la chica de turno nocturno fue grosera conmigo y no me pareció nada en su forma de hablar y actuar conmigo Pienso que ella no debería de tratar a los clientes de esa manera, ella no fue muy agradable conmigo. Espero que mejoren con eso o tenga un descuento por dicho problema. Gracias !!

In our 4 day stay housekeeping only came once. We had to go down to the front desk to ask them to come clean it. Staff members were not very friendly. Also there was bugs in the room and in the lobby.

Marco, Meme, Ine made us feel so welcome!!! They were professional, smiling, knowledgeable, kind!!!! The breakfast was delicious and hot. Maria kept our room clean as requested. Check in and out was easy! Whatever we requested was done efficiently, accurately handled. The was one of the best experiences staying here. Highly recommend this hotel stay!!! The staff really love their jobs. You’re never go anywhere else to stay. Exceptional Marco, Meme, Ian, Maria ( housekeeper). Thanks so much!!! Definitely, 💯 my favorite place to stay!!!😍

Hotel was clean and the service was great!

Toliet was broken. Front desk was friendly but did not give details of hotel. Did not know pool pass was only good for 24 hrs. Having to pay for parking is a joke. No tissues in room. Limited toilet paper. Beds are small. Clean but would not stay again. Breakfast was good and unlimited coffee, tea, lemonade.

The staff was thoughtful, I reserved two róoms for my family. They put me my family in two room with communicating door.it was perfect

Bed was too hard and the pillows were too soft. It was dirty, damp, and dated. The AC in my room was loud and looked like it was about to fall off the wall. No kleenex in the room and the drawers were hanging open. Trash cans in the common spaces were overflowing. After check-in I had to go back out to my car so I could provide the license plate number and get 50% off the parking rate. That was annoying and they really should just provide it for free -- it's not covered or monitored or anything. It was damp, had a weird smell, noisy, dirty, and dated. I'm so glad I only had to stay 1 night.
