My room smelled horrible of mildew . The carpet had mold on it. I have chronic allergies and had a terrible reaction to the mold spores. I was stopped up all night , could not breathe or sleep well at all . Went downstairs to purchase allergy meds ( advertised at front desk) but was told they had none . Suggested I go across the street to 7/11 at 11 pm . I am very disappointed and will not be returning! Only thing good is the breakfast period

Bathroom needs an overhaul. Bed was not comfortable at all wasn’t a bad stay but won’t stay there again

The air conditioner wasn’t controlled. The phone didn’t work. You only give water one day!

The hotel is very run down and not a typical Hampton. The air conditioner in our room was broke. The workout room air conditioner was also broke so it’s always 80 degrees!

The tv was broken. The pool was cloudy and the paperwork said the chemicals in the pool hadnt been checked in 7 days, which isnt legal. The door to the chemical room was unlocked which is also not legal. The beds and pillows were horribly uncomfortable. The room was shabby with some mold spots in the bath. There was no vent in the bathroom so it was hot and clammy. Overall, it was a disappointment

Do not recommend staying there.

The beds are hard as bricks and they did not refill my shower gel. Luckily I bring my own soap. The A/C was super loud and although non smoking, the room smelled like smoke

My room wasn’t ready when I got there. Got a call after I checked in that they booked somebody else in my room.

Bathroom was disgusting. Mildew and dirty walls

The size of the room was great. The staff was friendly. Thr room just needed to be vacuumed as there was popcorn on the floor.

Don’t believe the photos on their website. Room looked nothing like the pictures. Pictures must have been taken 20 years ago. Room was on 5th floor and water pressure was awful. Stepping off elevator I felt like I’d just entered an alternative site for “ The Shining”. Breakfast was ok if you wanted waffles or French toast but the prepared eggs were uneatable and the only meat was Turkey bacon. Coffee was barely hot and seemed to be the norm for our stay. Cracked upholstery in the dining area. Old and dated. Reviews on the site we checked were very misleading. I paid for a descent hotel but really got an overpriced dog. Take my advice and stay somewhere else.

Pam was very personable as we checked out. The room was okay but could stand a refresh. Nicks here and there. The room was large but needs a fresh coat of paint. The breakfast was just okay for a quick grab. Overall our stay was okay for the few nights that we were there. The staff were pretty friendly as well—especially Pam.
