The location is really nice. They have a nice fire pit where you can sit at night and look out at the lake very relaxing.

Liked everything about this hotel

Facility was nice, very dog friendly, pool area was fun, breakfast was good, only complaint was the bathroom tub was clogged, water backed up and the shower curtain could have been better. Otherwise the room did feel clean.

This is a great property. What makes it even better are the staff and management being so accommodating to the guests.

Great hotel location. Close to high falls gorge, whiteface mountain, ausable chasm, the wild center at tupper lake, and 2 hours away from Montreal. And walking distance to downtown placid. It was a perfect hub for the areas we wanted to visit. Knocked off one star b/c our first night there housekeeping forgot to refill our towels and the second day housekeeping came and we were still in the room so we told them to come back and when we left and came back in the afternoon they skipped cleaning our room altogether. So we had to call front desk twice. Thankfully housekeeping came right away to clean our room.

My only complaint was the one bed sagged on one side from use. Should be replaced. Breakfast was good, staff friendly, facility clean. Very convenient to public beach and downtown shopping/ restaurants.

Love lake placid

Absolutely get the balcony room. It made our experience great. The property was inviting especially the great room off the lobby where you eat breakfast. It had giant windows overlooking the lake. It was a great way to start your day. I loved this property but the AC in our particular room was loud for me. I would not let that deter you from staying here.

This hotel is my go-to in Lake Placid during my annual figure skating camp there. Ozzy the Manager is amazing!!! He remembers everyone’s name and is just… Hospitality if it were a human being it would be Ozzy. ❤️❤️🙏🙏 Alexa is another totally amazing staff member and the cleaning crew also was super helpful and great. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is good. They have free coffee & lime/cucumber water in the lobby all day through the afternoon and you can fill your water bottle as well.

Property was very clean especially since it is pet friendly. Staff was great very nice and helpful perfect view of mirror lake it is right across the street. In the room it was clean plenty of towels.

Everything was great and good complaints. Staff even followed up on a request to make sure we got it. Amazing place to stay!

Convenient and clean

Loved the view and was able to walk to dinner, lunch and the beach. Very nice staff.

Great location to use as a base to see the Lake Placid /Adirondack area. Friendly staff, clean multipurpose breakfast area and nice outdoor patio with adequate seating to enjoy the evening sunsets. I’d stay there again. Be aware that a lake view room doesn’t necessarily mean a lake view due to tree growth if that’s an important part of booking a room with a balcony to you.
