Great welcoming

Frank is what made the experience amazing. We arrived late from SWVA and he made sure me and my parents were well taken care of. Definitely an amazing asset to your team! Thank you, Frank! It’s always amazing when someone enjoys their job. Hotel was perfect. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in a while. Everyone was so nice! Will be staying here from now on.

Can’t get much closer to Nationals Park. Lots of restaurants close by. Check the reviews first for those. Prices, service and food all disappointing. The rooftop bar in the hotel was great. Good bar food, service and prices.

Valet garage fills up if arriving late afternoon on weekends. Event day parking is confusing when self parking overnight as garage charges extra after 2 am and it’s more expensive than valet. Front desk was not much help.

We stay at this property often as we come to visit my daughter in Navy Yard! Exceptional customer service from all employees from front desk agents Frank, Allen and Andrew were exceptional! Such attention to detail and always making sure we had everything we needed! My hands were full one morning and Andrew made sure to help me w my belongings and even Orlando who is maintenance was so kind as well! Also, cannot say enough about cleanliness of property! Everything was exceptional!

Camera dotata di tutti i comfort, pulita, buoni i servizi e ottima colazione inclusa. Avrei preferito la doccia senza vasca, ma può essere utile. Ottimo il cambio quotidiano degli asciugamani e che venga rifatta la stanza. Tutto ottimo, solo un po' rumorosa (credo per gli impianti esterni).

Stayed in this hotel to attend a Washington Nationals game. It's so incredibly convenient for games. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly but property was old and not what I would expect for $350 a night.

Great hotel in a great location! Extremely close to the NATS stadium! Only complaint is that the shower door would not stay close and made showering an unpleasant experience.

Very clean. Nice upscale rooms. Good shower pressure. Front desk very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast plentiful and diverse. Great coffee. Location terrific.

Parking for guests is valet only and very expensive. You can park overnight in the garage east of the building for a fraction of the cost. It was also very noisy, as the room we were in was on the side against a building with a rooftop bar/club. In the evening/night there are often people lingering outside the doors smoking substances. Would not stay with family unless attending a baseball game.

Saubere Unterkunft, mit super Ausblick!

There is a club under the hotel so we were awoken at 11 pm with very loud music and noisy people. Had to leave, management only offered us earplugs.

The assistant manager of the hotel gave us a room with quite the view. The service and staff were exceptional. The breakfast was delicious. Definitely using this hotel for all future DC trips.
