I typically don’t leave reviews for properties, but I need to shout from the rooftops to everyone to say how AMAZING this hotel is!
It was my friend and I’s first time in NYC and we arrived at the hotel at 10am (early flight in). A gentleman (I unfortunately did not get his name) at the front desk contacted housekeeping right away to see if a room could get ready for us without hesitation. He found out it was our first time in the city and gave us a room with a beautiful view of the city! He locked our bags up so we could explore the city. He gave us a paper with recommendations of places to see, restaurants to eat at and so much more!
Upon arriving back later that night, Jasmine at the front desk was fabulous and so kind. She gave us all of the hotels info regarding breakfast/bar and WiFi.
Our room was perfect. For being in a city, the room was quiet and you couldn’t hear any cars from outside. The beds felt like I was sleeping in my own comfy bed at home. Everything was perfect and it felt like a dream come true.
Thank you everyone for such a wonderful experience. We will be back!

Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van metrostations, Brooklyn Bridge en een modern winkelcentrum in Dumbo Brooklyn. De bedden zijn prima en het ontbijt is echt Amerikaans. Dat laatste was wel even wennen. Qua geluidsoverlast viel het mee. Houd rekening met druk verkeer en soms wat luide gasten. Dit hotel is voor een gezin met kinderen en/of mensen die van lopen houden, een aanrader.

The lady in the front desk she don’t know customer service the white lady in night shift she didn’t give us the water and other guest who check in she gave and when I ask she’s saying she forgot and asking me to go down and pick it up she’s racist!!!!

Bellissima la posizione, non conoscevo Brookling ma in effetti molto più tranquilla e vivibile di Manhattan che resta comunque facilmente accessibile con la metro. La camera è di grandezza adeguata considerando che eravamo in 4 non siamo stati stretti. Bagno decente anche se non scendeva bene l acqua dal lavandino che sovente quindi rimaneva intasato. Purtroppo solita vasca con tenda alla doccia ( in America la maggior parte sono così). Le pulizie vengono fatte tutti i giorni ed è un punto a suo favore, la struttura è un classico albergo e 3 stelle tenuto discretamente. Buona la Colazione anche se non molto varia ma considerato che è a buffet è compresa nel prezzo non si può avere di più. Ho scelto l hotel proprio perché con colazione inclusa e visti i prezzi del mangiare faceva la differenza. Nel complesso considerati i prezzi della città e l’offerta in termini di strutture ( premetto che sono stata più volte) questa soluzione mi ha soddisfatto, per il costo speso so che non avrei trovato di meglio.
