Very quiet rooms except for the noisy air conditioning unit. Why do most hotels have units that wake the dead? Couldn’t hear anything next door or in the hall. Very clean, towels were nice and soft. Breakfast was standard Hampton Inn fare, which I am never a fan of. Price was high, but on par with other like hotels in the area. Bed was a bit soft, but okay. I will use them again when I need a clean, decent place to stay!

The cleanliness was the most impressive thing I’ve ever seen the beds and the bathrooms was amazing the served breakfast was so impressive too

An oasis in the middle of the highway desert. Great location. Easy on and off turnpike. Spendy but well worth the cost.

Our stay at Hampton inn Hamburg NY was what a hotel stay should be.

Wonderful place to stay. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating to our needs and always so welcoming and asking about our trip. Breakfast was great as well and Michael was very helpful in giving us healthy options for breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!!!

When we arrived the gentelman working the desk was great. My only complaint would be the hotel is dated and that our room did not have a tub.

Breakfast food and service was excellent. Staff was friendly. Our bathroom door kept sliding open and would not stay closed. Difficult for our family with a boy and girls. Also a fixture had fallen off the wall as well as the iron. They were both in the closet with the screws still sticking out. I reported this but got no response. When I checked out, they already knew about it. I don’t think they should have booked that room. I made my reservation months in advance.

Everything was excellent.

1. Noisy upstairs & in hallways from 11-midnight. 2 Kids running around loudly each night & in the afternoons 3. Awakened by fire alarm in early am - then heard kids laughing & running 4. Housekeeping knocking on door at 8:45am to clean room 5. Food snack crumbs in hallway & toothbrush laying there- housekeeping seemed no to notice 6. Pillows were uncomfortable I probably would not stay here again.

Great pit stop on the way to Niagara and Boston

Room was great, AC worked really well during the 90+ degree weather. The staff was very friendly and the cleaning staff were all local folks. If ya know what I mean. Nice breakfast area, that we used as an after party spot when we were coming back from the local Macedonian Festival. Only negative, one elevator was down..stopped running when we were in it! :) Will definitely stay again next year!
