This place has a fantastic location, just a short drive to the 5 freeway and only about 4 minutes from to the beach. Plus, their breakfast is truly impressive, a lovely spread that really adds to the experience.

Staff very friendly. Free breakfast fairly good. A/C insufficient. Worst was the lack of lighting in the room PLUS the lights in the room turn off by themselves and you have to take action of some kind to get them back on. Terrible!

I like that there was an amenities around the area a gas stations food and the staff was excellent. Very great service. and the rooms were clean.

I was very happy with the hotel and the service. It was clean and every body were very nice, from the reception to the ladies that serve the breakfast and one of the cleaning ladies when we left were very nice. Excelente place I will be coming back

Nice clean and a short drive to the beach!

Good value, good breakfast. We missed no towel bars in the bathroom, the beds were very squeaky and there was no pen in the room.

This place was awesome, and very clean. The complimentary breakfast was great, staff were super friendly. There is also a Mexican restaurant next door that was delicious and conveniently located next to a gas station. Right off of the freeway, and only 10 minutes from the beach.

The staff was lovely but there is a STRONG smell of damp/ mould in the reception area and corridor. I was quite shocked that the staff is having to work in these conditions. I asked to change room to the most distant part of the hotel away from reception as I am sensitive to mould. I had booked 2 nights x 2 but cancelled my second booking right away. We also had little ants on the bedside table on the second day, none in the beds as I spotted them once my kids were sleeping, I didn’t ask to move again, but needless to say I was happy to be checking out! Location is not good, and very noisy to hang out by the pool because of the highway 5. On the plus side the beds, pillows and bedding were comfortable and bathroom / shower was good. But I wouldn’t return because of the smell of mould.

The staff was fabulous. The 2 ladies working in assisting guests with breakfast were so helpful. The location was far better than I imagined. I was a 4 minute drive to so many places that I needed to get to. Thank you so much for have noon as a check out time. Hotels are getting stricter in addition to skyrocketing rates. Allowing my dog to stay was another reason I stayed here. Delicious breakfast, hospitable staff and near parks, beaches and food, you can't ask for more. Thank you!

Great place to stay. Convenient, good parking, quiet area, nice staff, lovely, large room. Delicious free breakfast! Def will be back when I come to this area!

The AM breakfast from 6a-10a was very well run by the crew. Plenty of choices, some different each day I was there, 3 nights. Not sure about the waffle maker, she showed me how to make one. Room was clean and roomy and linens and towels etc were fluffy and clean. One issue was that the tub was refinished and apie E of the finish was off, about the size of an apple. The tub was clean though. The parking was 'just' enough for all the guests, but the site was on an incline so door dings might be more common than your flat lot. Didn't get to the pool. A little store on site for water and sodas and many other snacks and such. Didn't like paying for parking. Always greeted when I went in or out. Erroneous $139 landed on my bill, was removed even before I asked. Good Staff. Will stay again.

The staff were very welcoming and addressed the two issues that occurred quickly, efficiently and professionally. The one problem area for us was housekeeping. I left a note asking for extra towels ( because we were going to the beach and needed extra towels when we got back) and coffee packages for the morning. I left a $10 tip for the extra effort. I didn't get extra towels or coffee and the note and the $10 tip were gone..Jose immediately took care of it to our satisfaction. Kudos to Jose, Liz, Jason and the rest of the front desk staff. We will definitely be bqck thanks to them. One other small issue. The gym doesn't open till 6am. Fairfield inn gyms are open 24/7

Great breakfast, very convenient off the highway. Felt safe and clean

The Hampton Inn was super convenient to the freeway (yes there is some noise… but not much). The room was very clean and the check in staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large. Exactly what I needed for my stay!
