Was a great experience, I recommend 100%. The only thing that I did not like was the restaurant for the breakfast is very small and we had to wait to tables become available.

We stayed here on our recent NY trip, we chose it for it's proximity and accessibility but the property was really good. We enjoyed our time and will be coming back for sure.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The staff I dealt with were all world-class and went above and beyond. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The room was clean, air conditioning was cranking. Parking was easy. Amazing location right across from American Dream. The breakfast buffett was amazing. I can't understand how this is rated a 2.5 star hotel. It is nicer than many 4 star hotels I stay at.

The breakfast area is poorly laid out and a long line forms with all the guests waiting to get breakfast. The staff does a great job of keeping everything filled up though.

This was my family's first time staying in the area for a concert at Metlife. After our terrific experience, we will stay here every time, not only for the convenience, but also for the friendly staff, clean rooms, and great breakfast after a late night. I do not understand the complaints about the shuttle system to Redd's to catch a bus to the stadium. Redd's runs a family friendly "tailgate" party which is a great way to start an event. Buses run often. We had no wait getting to Redd's and only a five minute wait after the sold out show. The drivers were friendly. Cost is $10 a person. I thought it added even more fun to the experience.
Check in was simple. Instructions regarding the shuttle were well explained and staff was receptive to all questions despite a very busy hotel. Room was large and clean. Water pressure in the bathroom was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was extensive and regularly replenished.
Yes, we paid a premium price- but I am ok with that based upon the convenience and services provided for concert/event go'ers- especially those traveling with children.

Great hotel. Very close to MetLife Stadium and only a 20-25 minute drive into NYC (when there’s no traffic). Loved the free breakfast!
