Great hotel! My family and I stayed for 5 nights and everything was wonderful. Friendly & professional staff, clean rooms & pool and good breakfast every morning. Will definitely stay at this location again! Thank you.

Stay was good but they over charge you and refuse to honor the fees advertised be aware

Shower needs to be upgraded. Can be slippery and dangerous. Hotel was very clean and modern. Breakfast was great.

Stayed one night. Check in was fast and easy. Did not have the free breakfast. I do not know how it was.

Right next to the freeway, you can heard cars zooming by. I can hear my people talking next door and in the hallway.

The property itself was very well-maintained and my room was extremely clean. I had no issues with anything but the check-in which ended up being a change of one of my guest reservations as a different employee accompanied me on this trip. I did have some loud neighbors in the adjacent room, but they eventually quieted down, and I had no more issues. The gym in the hotel was also very nicely kept and the breakfast they served was delicious!

We've been trying to find a satisfactory, well-constructed, well-managed hotel chain where we can book a room and reliably expect a high level of service, comfortable room accommodations, in a descent location. In general, the Hampton Inn Las Vegas / Summerlin checks most of the boxes. The room was not dated, everything was clean, comfortable, and in good working order. Even the TV was easier to access than other properties that we've stayed at. Clearly an effort was made with attention to detail in the design and execution of building the property. The location near the hospital was a little unusual, but it may be that patient's families use this facility when a loved one is in the hospital, which would make it a plus for that situation. Bottom line, we'll be booking more nights at Hampton Inns when travel.

Only issue was the highway noise from the 95. If you want lots of things to do in walking distance, this isn’t your place.

This was a nice hotel. The area in Vegas felt safe and it was quiete. Not too much traffic and close to restaurants, stores, and highways.

Beautiful part of Las Vegas away from the strip. Clean quiet with mountains in view. This is a great choice for a casino free stay in Vegas. We were there for a family memorial and reunion and were happy to be in a normal quiet and clean neighborhood. Great value for a family or quiet trip to Nevada.

Second time staying here. Room was great. Breakfast was good. Front desk was good.

Everything was nice and quite pleasant except there was blood on two of the pillow cases and when I called the front desk regarding it she told me to bring them down in order to replace them and I thought that response was inappropriate and unsanitary. So I just placed them in the closet.

Pool was drained. Elevator was broken . Staff were inconsiderate

It was not in a super busy area, but very easy to get to for out-of-staters. 3 women traveling alone, we felt very safe. Quite frankly nicer than the $300/night hotel I stayed at in Seattle. Wonderful breakfast. If I ever have to stay the night in Vegas again, this will be the place. Super friendly staff, too.

Friendly Staff

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The only issue we had was the carpet smelled wet and of stinky feet. Everything else from the lobby to the room was very clean The breakfast was well stocked.

Great beds, quiet, easy in n out parking. Good coffee in lobby.
