建物、設備は古く、可もなく不可もなくではあるが、不可がないことに価値があると思う。 期待をしすぎなければ十分な滞在。 ホテルスタッフの接客はいたってシンプルなため、気を使わなくて良い。 物価高のニューヨークで朝食付きはありがたかった。 エレベーター横のお茶やコーヒーは自由に飲める。2日に1回ぐらいポップコーンのサービスも。 頑張ればどこにでも歩いていける立地。

It was a comfortable hotel. It was very convenient because of the good transport links.

２４時無料でコーヒーとお湯が置いてあります。朝食もプランには書いてありませんが、ジュースやシリアル、ヨーグルトなど無料で提供されます。朝食を食べるテーブルに電子レンジがあるのでスーパーで買ってきた惣菜など温めて直して食べられます。掃除は２日に1度でしたが、不便さは感じませんでした。

I highly recommend to check if there is no bed bugs in your bed before unpacking your suitcase and deciding to stay in the room !!!!!! I found I was bitten by bedbugs a few days after checking in and my feet got so many red spots and thy were so itchy !!!!!!! I threw my T shirt away I was wearing when I slept and put all my clothes in plastic bag before packing for the case if there is any bugs stay in my clothes and not to spread bugs in my rooms when I got back home. It was scary experience. I never want to go back to this hotel.

When we arrived the smell of urine was so strong in the entryway. Luckily this was gone the next day when we left for the day. Staff was nice. We had asked them to hold our luggage which they agreed to, gave us claim tickets and then never moved the luggage to the backroom. It was in plain site by the FD for three hours. Wide selection of breakfast foods, but it kept running out. Luckily they had a lot of seating.

The property was fine. Our room was new. Lobby great. Buffet breakfast was good. When we came back one night. There were bags of trash on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. The next morning they were gone. But there was trash in front of the hotel. On the way to the shuttle was awful. So if you can catch a uber in front. You will be spared the ugliness. That happened on the way to the airport shuttle. Which was right around the corner.

This hotel was ok. It was sufficiently clean and the staff were friendly enough. It’s in midtown so there wa a lot of garbage and unhoused people hanging around. It’s very close We had a mishap and asked maintenance to come and they came right away

We got a great deal- second time staying at this hotel. Rooms are modern-large. Nice accommodations. Staff extremely friendly and courteous. Definitely would stay again. Close to many trains. Just be a little mindful- the street can be a little sketchy- just beware of your surroundings.

The room was great. Comfortable and clean. This part of the city was surprisingly quiet! What a great plus! The breakfast was good - morning coffee under the glass dome breakfast nook looking up at the sky and the skyscrapers was wonderful.

It was a great choice for our 4 day getaway, convenient location

It was ok. Breakfast food was not that great and the water fountain/machines were not working at all. Swimming pool etc amenities were not available at all.

Stayed for a few night because of business in the city. Very close to where I had to be so the location was perfect. I'll likely return next year.

Overall, good visit. Will stay again in the future.

This location was great for easy access to Penn Station and getting back & forth to the US Open 🎾. Lots a great bars, food trucks & delis. Only drawback was the valet parking which was pricey ($70 plus tax) per day. STAFF was very helpful, we will be back!
