ハンプトンインセントルイス-ダウンタウン（ゲートウェイアーチにて）

Not as pictured online. Needs update- 70s style carpet & furnishings. AC not working in hallways. One elevator inoperable

Pros: Close to the Gateway Arch National Park, Room has a view of the Arch, free breakfast is excellent, self-parking available, pet-friendly, clean rooms and restrooms. Cons: The interior and rooms look dated, parking levels are gloomy and dirty, no luggage cart, no microwave, no on-site restaurant, nearby businesses close early, including restaurants (dinner required food delivery). Few areas for dog breaks at ground level; no grassy patches (required walking to the park).

The ceiling in the rooms could use some upkeep. The room was too warm but the staff was very accommodating and tried to fix it and gave us a box fan to help. Even though its paid parking the parking is very convenient. I cannot say enough about the staff that work here. They bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with your stay.

Upon arrival the AC wasn’t working. The carpet is worn down, the bathroom door is cracked, the facility is really old and not well maintained. They tried to fix the AC and it now makes a ridiculously loud sound so we weren’t able to sleepy. I’m so disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The one bright spot was the kind woman at the front desk and Darrius the maintenance person. Both tried their best. I can’t believe this is a Hampton Inn. So disappointed

The front service desk was exceptional. Most interaction with staff was professional, excellent customer service and ebullient personalities.. However the quality of the room was inadequate, hazardous and need of better quality. Initial room had leaking ceiling. Transferred to another room and phone was not working, carpet had not been cleaned ( leery of getting fungus) and the had no working AC 😫 FOR DAY AND HALF..

The view of the arch was fantastic! Staff were friendly and helpful!

Very nice property. Was at full capacity making it difficult to come and go on elevators. Other than that great experience with a great staff.

Great place to stay, staff is so friendly and helpful. Place is clean and close to everything. Bed wasn’t great and neither was the breakfast, but we were ok with that because everything else was fabulous!

Very nice hotel. 12-15 minute walk to Busch Stadium.

The hotel is a little out dated but it worked for us since it was close to the ballpark. The staff welcomed us well and were friendly.

The stay was great. We loved the view of the arch! The location was perfect since we were going to a concert at the dome. The room and bathroom were clean. We would stay there again

I want to say by far this was the best stay I have had since my vacation started from Kentucky to Montana thru Wyoming and back St. Louis has it when it comes to Hampton inn. Lawrence was at the desk when we checked in he was the best, he was personable friendly.not to say other hosts weren’t nice but Lawrence has them all beat hands down! Sincerely Kentucky!!!!

Other than breakfast, there is no restaurant on premises.
