This hotel was just alright. We stayed there 2 years ago and it was a great facility which was why we booked them again. This time, there was barely anyone staying there which was a little red flag. The elevators and certain floors smelled like weed. That was very unappealing since we were traveling with a baby. Breakfast had to be eaten in the lobby or you were charged $30. The bathrooms needed some work and pillows were terrible. The staff was very friendly!

Room was disgusting. Very unclean environment in my opinion. Front desk was slow with transactions trying to check in horrible experience.

Needed more time so I extended my stay and was able to keep my same room so I was very happy with that while waiting for my new place

What I appreciated about this place was the full size refrigerator it was very helpful during my transition until my place was ready to move in convenient to work as well as convenient access to stores that I frequent very clean and mostly quiet

Comfy bed for a good night sleep

The property is old and needs some tlc but the room was clean. The bed was comfortable it the room was very damp.

Was amazing, kids had a blast!

Not the worst place i have stayed but also not the best. Our bathroom had black mold everywhere, we found a roach in the room and the bed was broke and very uncomfortable.

Everything was great. Only draw back is the double beds. Too small for couples

The staff was veey accommodating and deskmen were good at answering questions

We stayed in room 216. The carpet was very stained needs shampooing. The curtain were dirty, and there was a stain on top of the toilet lid. The night clerk was nice.

Hallways are dirty and smelly.

Easy and Quick checkin .

Easy check-in, friendly clerk, clean facility. Walmart, Casey's, Blackbear Diner and Starbucks are very close.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Run-down building without a penny of renovation from the corporation that operates it called Midwest Hospitality Inc. The staff are indifferent and do as little as possible, mostly interested in playing on their phones instead of actually working and providing good service to customers. Rooms weren't stocked like normal hotels with expected quantities of towels, soap/shampoo, toilet paper, etc. Everything was shortchanged, insufficient, or missing altogether. The couch in our room didn't even have the side pillows on it, they were missing. The pool was disgusting with dirt and debris all over the bottom. This hotel conveyed a general disregard for cleanliness and generosity to the guests.

It was a great overall experience. The pool could use some updating/resurfaceing but that didn't stop us from having a great time 😀

This used to be a favorite of my husband’s. My second time staying here, the first time I went was better. It’s kinda going downhill. Carpets are stained throughout. Has a good kitchenette for extended stay. Bathrooms are small. We got a king with pull out sofa bed. Sofa bed would not extend for our kiddo. Took 45 minutes and two calls to get assistance, the frame was so warped it took 3 adults and 30 minutes to extend it, only for mattress to be torn up and severely stained, the staff immediately went and got a mattress cover and very clean linens to accommodate. For a business trip it would be okay because they offer discounts the longer you stay, and you can cook for yourself. However, for an overnight with one or two kids, a motel 6 (if it’s cleanish), would have been about the same for half the price. Oh, my husband still loved their beds, but I hated it, he prefers very firm, and I prefer something a little softer for my damaged hips. If you like a firm mattress it’s perfect, and there’s plenty of pillows. So I gave a three out of five, I think it’s a 70 to 90 dollar hotel, but we paid $127 plus taxes, and I travel a lot for work. No bugs! Big plus. I hope this helps when you’re planning. Trying to be honest about everything.
