The location is amazing! Right between Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks makes it a great place to stay. We stayed in the hotel-like rooms with 4 rooms per cabin. We didn’t notice any noise from the other rooms. It was clean and the beds comfortable. It was a short walk to the river and also a short walk to the ‘lodge’ where there was a decent restaurant, convenience store and gift shop. I think they also offered other services like horse back trips and such but we were only there for the night.

Excellent stay with the family! Bring your own food if you don’t want to pay high prices at the restaurant.

Updated cabin

Loved the cabin. Great location between Yellowstone and Grand Teton NP. The only disappointment was they didn’t do ANYTHING to our room on the second day-no coffee, no new towels, no emptying of the garbage, absolutely nothing. We had to ask for more coffee, creamer, etc. I don’t mind making the beds and hanging towels but I at least expect coffee daily especially at almost $500 per night!!!!! Pleasant surprise was that our cell phones had signal. Our service is through Cricket. Be prepared for lots of mosquitoes.

Before you book this place, you should set your reviews to the most recent. Nothing like a room full of mosquitos!!! Also a few reviews state “not worth the money”, I have to totally agree! When I get time I will add the photos of all the bugs on the curtains INSIDE the room! Also the bug zapper they supplied for our room. Do yourself a favor and just make the drive to Jackson.

Location is everything between two parks.

We stayed 8 nights and really liked the location between Grand Teton and Yellowstone. We stayed in a cabin which was very comfortable. After we saw most of the parks, we got to realize more about the Flagg Ranch location which has a lot to offer right there! There are two hot springs within walking distance and a horse back riding stable nearby and of course the river!

Mosquito filled the rooms, rude front desk, horrible wi fi. Just a bad experience. There are good resorts just a few files way.

the hot water supply was not suffient for bathing of 3 people. The water became cool at the end of the bathing

This property is conveniently located inside Teton National Park. We arrived later than expected due to accidents in Yellowstone. We checked in and decided to grab dinner at the restaurant before going to our cabin. The food was delicious but overpriced, they charged $30 for a bowl of Mac n cheese with chicken strips from the kids menu torn up on top. We went to our room. It was a standard double queen. Upon entering we could smell someone had cooked meat in the room - bacon or something asking those lines. We had to smell that all night adding with constantly kill mosquitoes in the room. It was awful. We only had one night here, while it was in a convenient location, I wouldn't stay here again.

Basic cabin with high cost. No air conditioner so a ceiling fan would have been nice. No TV Mosquitoes on property will Terrible

We enjoyed the evening campfire. The presentation was great and the presenter was an excellent hostess!

Loved the staff and restaurant was very good.

Chose this to be close to Yellowstone entrance. And this the only good thing here. Nothing else is close by. You may be better off driving a little extra vs being here in a $400-500 per night room. Restaurant - overpriced, average food and poor service. Overpriced shop on site. Room - not so clean, dust over surfaces and a few small insects, coffee machine not working (reported without luck), air conditioning (cooling) not working as they have decades old AC, no TV or Refrigerator, no way to get hot water despite being misled at reception that the (broken) coffee machine can be used for hot water too, Tiny bathroom without a lock!, room is far from parking.

Nice 5 min walk up to the Snake river was the highlight. The food at the restaurant was pricey but great.

Well located property between Yellowstone and the Tetons national parks, cabin rooms are well laid out but bathroom small. We noted service in the restaurant and daily room cleaning to be poor, and check in was very slow
