First time to Vail. Visiting with my teenage son. We enjoyed a morning soak in the hot tub and swim in the pool. Room was comfortable, clean and staff was friendly and professional.

Very nice property and lobby. Only downside the shower in our room was very cold never got hot or even lukewarm.

Our family stay was for three days on holiday weekend. The hotel is nice but I do not understand why the hotel charges a resort fee, as it is like all other hotels. You would think at the resort rate of almost $50 a night they would provide you with coffee, and bottles of water for more than your arriving day, but they do not. They did not even replace our toilet tissue and we had to request it. They do offer a shuttle to the villages however, we were discouraged to go there as the clerk said everything was shut down. There was a blues festival happening there so to us it was worth it. After being discouraged, we decided to drive as the clerk told us there was free parking there. They were actually was not. We were charged $35 for one hour. I believe it is a nice hotel, but not resort worthy. Should be noted the entire area is highly overpriced, especially for it being in the off-season (no snow). Best part is the pool! There are very few restaurants that serve anything other than bar food unless you go to Village Vail.

Wow the other guests were super noisy all Saturday nite...but it was real nice and quite on Sunday nite.

Excellent service and beautiful hotel. Staff went above and beyond to help us with local transportation and getting back after a concert. Would recommend 10/10!

Great place, shuttle to the mountain, big hot tub and great location

I hated the property. The room was terrible. I paid almost 500.00 a night and had to pay a 45.00 for a “club” fee for a room that was worse than a Quality Inn and Suites in Clayton, NM that had to pay 140.00 for. The property spent more on the lobby that I was only in for 5 minutes and the rooms were small, bed was hard as a rock and more like a thirty year old Motel 6.

Very friendly staff and overall pretty clean. We did see dental floss in the hallway.

They have a shuttle to take you to Vail and a lovely staff, would book again. Great rooms.

The property could use more attention to cleanliness. We had to request a room change because the first one was not clean. Unfortunately, in the second room, the toilet became clogged at night. Despite reporting the issue, maintenance didn’t address it until the following day, forcing us to use the hotel’s public restroom overnight.
