Friendly staff, close to fifth avenue and the central park, the room was clean and good!

スタッフの皆さんが親切です。 併せて2階のカフェでの朝・夕方の軽食などもとても良しサービスだと思います。 NYの中でも抜群の立地と近くのスーパーも便利だし、 次回もまた宿泊すると思います。

　初めてのニューヨーク、しかもトランジットという短時間の滞在ホテルとしてこのホテルを選びました。マンハッタンの中心部なので２人で約4万円と安くはないですが、総合的にお薦めです。静かな部屋をリクエストしたら、内向きの部屋を用意してもらえました。朝食付きのプランでしたが、午前便のフライトに乗る必要があったので食べることができなかったのは残念です。近所にスーパーマーケットが２軒あります。ビールも手軽に買えます。

部屋の広さはNYCのホテルとしては平均的でした。 ただ、ラウンジが狭く、連日で朝食時に混雑して空席が無い状態であった点については改善が望まれます。　その分、ホテル自体の規模が小さくロービーやエレベータが混雑するというような事態なかったため、NYCの大型ホテルに見られるような不便はないと思います。

위치 좋고 시설 깨끗하고 넓은 편임. 그러나 리셉션 직원들이 불친절한 편. 심지어 체크아웃할 때는 백인 중년 남성이 음식을 씹으면서 대화하는데 굉장히 불쾌했음. 도어맨과 청소하시는 분들은 뵐 때마다 친절하셨음.

Very good location. Easy access and very clean.

We loved our stay at the hotel! The room was roomy, nicely appointed and the bathroom was nicely arranged and sized. The staff was terrific and the services met our needs. In addition, the hotel is perfectly located and was only a block from both subway stations that gave us service to everywhere we wanted to go. This will be the only hotel we stay at in NYC.

Comfy bed. Large room. No frills but also not needed. Good shower, AC, fridge. I’ll stay again

Excelente ubicación a una cuadra de central park, a una cuadra de 5th av, una pizzería deliciosa en frente, un supermercado a unos pasos que vende todo para ir a comprar un café o por un snack, caminando puedes llegar a times square, a Colombus circle a 10 min, la verdad es que su ubicación es excelente, y área muy tranquila y limpia sin tanto ruido, te hacen limpieza diario, aunque no tiene restaurante ahí dentro ny está lleno de lugares donde comer, nunca como en los hoteles así que para nosotros estuvo perfecto. Recomendable 100% y claro que regresaría.

This was our first time staying at the West 57th Hilton Club hotel. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the polite service. The accomodations were above our expectations and the location was great. Thanks for making this stay a memorable one for our 20th anniversary.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Hilton Club W 57th Street in NYC. It was centrally located to all we were there to do and see, which added to the great time we spent in NYC.

Hotel maravilhoso, excelente, muito gostoso, muito silencioso para descansar rpor as energias e seguir por NY. Inclusivise sua localização simplesmente perfeita ao lado de central park e 5 avenida por exemplo. Garantido o retorno sem dúvida alguma
