Cc did not work on tv - asked about it - never answered never fixed Asked for room to be serviced didn’t get done - they did do it after the second call

Great hotel. Enjoyed my stay.

Amazing staff. So friendly. The chocolate chip cookies were phenomenal.

The room was clean and the food options were perfect. Also, close proximity to Dickies Arena.

I checked in from 10am-3pm during a long airport layover. I wanted to get work done. Unfortunately their WiFi doesn’t work here. The front desk had me call a 3rd party IT company. I spent about 45 minutes on the phone with a guy in India who did not help me. It was a terrible experience. I never got WiFi. Their elevators need service at this location and the room had a bad smell. I would not stay at this location again. I generally like Hilton Garden Inns - this location missed the mark.

I didn’t even stay there. Their internet was down for hours and they couldn’t check me in. I ended up going somewhere else.

SINCE YHIS WAS A MEDICAL TRIP (WIFE HAD SURGERY) DID NOTSPEND MUCH TIME AT THE HOTEL. I DID NOTICE THAT WHEN THE AIR CONDITIONER CAME ON IT PUT OUT A MUSTY SMELL.

The location works well for us. We travel to Ft Worth often. My husband likes the fitness room; I usually go outside and walk. We don't have to hunt for a parking space. The lobby is spacious with a variety of sitting areas including one outdoors. there are two restaurants we can walk to.

Chose hotel for its convenient location to surgery center, didn’t get the use of any amenities due to surgery but it was a very nice place to stay

Splash pad/pool was great for our little ones.

Paying for parking. Rooms are basic should even be over 200 per night and then have to pay for parking.

My flight was cancelled to due severe storms, hail, high winds. Advised policy is 100% no refund. Had to pay a Penalty to get exception made for refund. Very poor business decision and customer service by Expedia.

This Hilton Hotel gets a 10 out of 10 for us. Every time we stay here, it’s always clean, and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet, or cook to order. You can park in a parking garage. Also to there’s a Jason’s deli, and torchys taco in the parking lot.
