Very friendly staff.

Needed a quiet clean room in a safe area with easy access to highways for a short stay. This was it.

Great staff , friendly knowledgeable.

All in all the staff were very welcoming & warm personnel.

Had lay over for flight and they accommodated me no prob.

It was safe and great location to highway and business's.

The AC went out in the middle of the night, the room was very hot. I called front desk and they were not very helpful. I stopped by this morning on my way checking out and it was even worse, they did not even care.

Paid over $150 and breakfast wasn’t included. Seriously !!!! There were closer hotels to the event I was attending but I stayed here cause of my membership with Hilton. Never again!!!! US VETERAN 24 years of service. Disappointing !!!

Staff was friendly. They also accommodated my earlier arrival. I would definitely stay at this property again. Next time I visit Katy, Texas.

The female bartender that rode a motorcycle was very rude, & disrespectful. I will never stay @ that property again untill i know that she no longer works there.

I usually like staying at Hilton Garden Inn because of the bar & small kitchen at the Garden Inns. Ive stay at this property a few times. The first time is was excellent. Yet i must have upset the bartender or something because she has been very rude to me ever since. I will never stay @ this Garden Inn again. When i am in the Katy area (for business) i will stay @ a Marriott property that has a bar & a small kitchen.

Nice properly, however the padio could use some attention. They are doing so remodeling so that does need to be taken into account.

Everything was fine except there was gnats in the room and both beds were too old and soft.

The mattress was terrible. It was lumpy and uneven.

Junkyyyyy - does NOT live up to what I imagine “Hilton” to be. The money spent was double what it was worth. Never again - staff was very friendly, that was the only redeeming quality. TV not working, stains on bath towel, the “H” for hot water was carved into the metal next to the “C” for cold … totally a janky experience.

I evacuated here during a hurricane and they did a fabulous job, especially while short handed. Evan at the front desk had a great calming presence and was incredibly helpful. The room was immaculate, no small feat during a natural disaster. Any dings on my rating are just due to the age of the property, could use a little face lift. But the rooms are clean and COLD and a blessing after a hurricane.
