The hotel was really nice and in a low traffic area. It is close to the interstate, so if you're sensitive to traffic noise, you may need ear plugs or something of that nature. The room was really clean and well decorated. The overall place was really nice. The only real issue was that I booked a king on here and was given two queens. I immediately let the member of staff know and was only given an answer of " unfortunately that's all we have available", in spite of the fact that that was not the room that I had booked. I inquired about price difference and she said that due to it being a third-party vendor, there was nothing he could do.

Our stay was very nice. Our flight was delayed, but I called and there was no problem with accommodating the late arrival. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Close to SFB airport. Very clean hotel. Front desk associates were very professional & friendly.

We booked this thru Expedia and they advertised it included breakfast etc. When we went down for breakfast the hotel person asked us for $14.95? ($15) ea. Don't advertise this as if it is included in the price.

I would definitely recommend this location. The cleanliness of the hotel in its entirety was exceptional, each and every staff member I dealt with was beyond personable, professional, polite and welcoming. Any questions I asked via chat feature were answered promptly and thoroughly. Location is ideal no matter your type of stay. 5 stars across the board!

The hotel is well kept. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The coziness of the happy hour bar and restaurant is a big bonus. I had a change in travel plans and needed to extend my stay a night; the staff were very helpful and were able to quickly assist me.

The property was fine but it was time to check out they would not use any of my coupons that was offered from my Bank of America.

I thought the room was dated but overall a nice place.

The room was nicely renovated however, the room was very warm, even with AC turned down. It was especially uncomfortable at night, too warm to sleep well

We enjoyed it but the breakfast menu needs some improvement. There are no gluten free or dairy free options.

The TV set was out of order ! The pool was not heeted ! Bar with happy houer was a poitive suprise

Very satisfying

Very nice small hotel with a small bar, grocery, and breakfast area. Room was clean but maintenance needed with toilet flapper and outlet at the coffee station. Mattresses may be getting close to replacement stage......but we would stay again because it's Hilton.
