Room key system was down so you had to be walked to your room. They gave me the wrong room. They gave half of the parking lot to the dealership.

Nice room and nice staff.

The pool was C O L D but clean! The staff was amazing!!!

Not a good stay from check in to check out. Front desk didnt listen to how i wanted payment to be, then charged me and extra $50.00 that is supposed to be put back on my card. Then got another charge that i didnt authorize at 4:10 in the morning. Which needs to be put back on my card for some stupid audit supposedly. Then check out the same guy that heck us in wanted to charge another hundred and some dollars. I said no your not this is unexceptible, he said oh the charges should drop off when you check out and its 6:50 pm i checked out this morning and nothing back on my card i said if its not back on my card all the money i am going to call my attourney.

Room Tv and a few outlets didn’t work, was moved to another room where coffe pot didn’t work. Tub was stained looking like poop stains. ALL employees were fantastic! Can’t be an easy job when things in the room break, but smiles never left their face as they tried to solve the problem. The waitress on Sunday handled the whole room with a high smile and made everyone happy.

Room was great, we paid for breakfast and had an option to order or the buffet. We decided to order, there was 6 other people in dining room, they went to the buffet, the girl kept say ing how busy they were, we waited 30 minutes for 2 fried eggs and toast, kept saying they were sooooo busy, she finally told us to eat the buffet because he was too busy to make 2 eggs. Buffet food was barely edible.

Check in was quick, front desk was very friendly. Room clean beds comfy

Food at the restaurant was great, convenient shuttle to Lambeau field, friendly staff and nice clean room!

Room is old in every respect. Tub had a really large stain down the center, that should have been changed out.

Dirty bathtub), bathtub drain plugged and wasn’t fixed until the next day. Thus unable to shower. Several electric outlets unusable. Lobby coffee stale and Luke warm. Desk staff unavailable numerous times including checkout.

Restaurant and bar staff are amazing. Very friendly and accommodating shuttle service. Some, not all front desk staff unhelpful and rude. Zero housekeeping even when requested. Had to grab towels from the pool area because they never serviced our room once in 4 days, and front desk lady said she had no “access” to towels and wash cloths when we asked. Not the Holiday Inn I know.

It was possible to check in earlier and check out later which was very helpful. Thank you! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We all had fun workers was nice and friendly

The bathroom had rusty looking stains on the door frames that dripped when we used the shower-from the humidity. We had to wipe down those stains to avoid having them drip on us.

My Military emotional support (small) dog was allowed to stay with me with NO complaints from the staff. Breakfast was free and the waitress (Tisa) was wonderful with suggestions for food!

The room was alright, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked quite well. There was a questionable stain on the curtain rod in the main room near the pull handle which was unfortunate. The grout lines on the walk in shower door were very dirty. The door to the room was very scuffed up with visible black scuff on it. Some of the outlets are loose, almost to the point where a charger will not work. The gym was nice enough although a cable weight matching would be a nice welcome addition to the very basic gym equipment. The pool seemed small but did seem nice enough. There were a lot of guests lingering in the lobby with small children which made the atmosphere in the communal seating areas quite stressful and not very relaxing or inviting. Overall the stay was nice enough for a single night.

No one at front desk for 15 minutes and when she returned, didn’t have the courtesy to apologize. Very unprofessional and unfriendly

Staff at the front desk need to be more professional and friendly when the guests arrive.
