It was a short overnight stay but from the front staff to the restaurant, everyone was friendly and helpful. It has a spacious indoor lobby with a beautiful indoor pool. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m heading to the airport.

We wanted to use the shuttle but we didn’t know how to use it. We called the hotel many times but never reached. So we had no choice but to take a taxi.

The room was clean. There was a $50 charge for incidentals that was not brought up when I made the reservation. There was a $13 parking charge for a fully paying guest (Does not make ANY sense). When I called the front desk to ask about the internet service, the phone rang and rang with no answer, not once but twice. I had to go to the front desk to get an answer (and they were not busy).

This was a convenient place to stay while visiting family and friends in Portland and Vancouver. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were wonderful! I was surprised when I had to pay for parking to a third party.

There was a fee to park ($13/night) and the breakfast was $16/person. At other Holiday Inns this has always been included with the reservation. The Body Wash was empty and the remote control barely worked for the TV. The room also smelled like stale cigarettes. Other than that the front desk person was super friendly and the room was clean.

Dirty carpet, dirty shower with hair in it, in room garbage not emptied. Hallway smells like dirty diapers and carpet fresh. Very outdated.

It was a very nice stay. Only needed it for one night as we were headed to the airport in the morning, & they had a shuttle. Overall, very pleasant stay and convenient if you need to be close to the airport.

They live up to being pet friendly. No extra charge for our dog. We got a small bag with a squeaky ball, a nice sized bone that our picky dog out and a poop bag. We definitely will stay there again when we fly into PDX.
