My room had coffee maker, microwave, fridge, great AC, TV, and COUCH, too!! Breakfast was plentiful and big variety

Staff were really nice and accommodating. Location is great right across from Six Flags. Plenty of dining in the area. Elevators in hotel was dirty and seemed to not work well. Room was somewhat clean. Some stains on the wall, floor, desk and ceiling. AC was horrible, made breathing at night uncomfortable. Smelt like mildew and felt very humid. Window sill was dusty and dirty. Breakfast was ok nothing special but at least it was included. Just ok stay needs some work.

Location to the stadium was good. Our nights stay was quiet, even being right in front of the elevators. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, the shower would not work. The hallways and elevators were extremely warm.

Breakfast needs to be extended to 10am.

Our overall stay was good with the exception of a few things that stuck out. One being the hotel entry was filthy, liquids leaking from the bottom of the trash and stained the ground and attracting bugs; second guest that have taken up residence are overly comfortable with sitting in the lounge/front entry drinking beer and feet are propped on the chair where other guest have to sit. This wasn't a good look. The hotel was clean inside, the rooms we clean, housekeeping employees were very friendly, the employee in the breakfast area greeted everyone that enteted for food. Majority of the front desk staff was pleasant there was one young lady that didn't give a smile or much eye contact when speaking. Lastly, I didn't realize when booking this hotel that it was pet friendly (service animals) which is okay but there is a young man living in the hotel with a pit bull and when he walked in the not so friendly front desk female had a surprise look on her face and actually walked from behind the desk to locate his direction. I chose the Holiday Inn Express because of its longevity in the industry and the value they have/had for the guest, location in Arlington, Texas and the amenities. My next visit to Arlington, Texas I will rethink my choice. We had a family of 6 and booked 3 rooms for 4 nights. Again, our comfort in the rooms, the area of the hotel, the cleanliness were all good.

Not pleased with my experience.

Rooms were not at the level of a Holiday Inn express. The pool was outdoor small and dirty all the time. We found dirty underwear in the hairdryer bag, and all we were offered was market credit. I would not stay here again.

Decent stay. Our room could've used a little more cleaning. There were marks on the wall from recent renovations and the floors were kind of dirty.

The property was definitely not as shown in the pictures on here , the ceiling in the shower looked as it could fall in any moment! Window seal was so nasty and needed to be replaced, stains under the desk on the wall/carpet ! I wish I would have taken pictures but I was grossed out !

it was and amazing stay

The room door would not close. I had to slam to make sure it closed when I got there. It was open. Secondly, there were no towels in the room. I had to go ask the staff for them. At check-in the young lady was distracted by her cell phone and the process took longer than necessary. Additionally, the room had a sour smell and did not feel welcoming thankfully, this was a quick one night stay as I was attending a concert so I wasn’t in the room long just to change clothes and sleep and I checked out the next day.
