Clean/spacious room

Check in was good, just not very friendly.

Dirty, run down, old, just terrible.

Original booking I had asked for ground floor due to my mother having difficulty with stairs and not using elevators due to claustrophobia. Audrey our check in person absolutely amazing personality and customer service however, could only go with what was in the system. No details noted referring to ground floor room. I confirmed days prior and was told ground floor was available. Room availability was 4th floor or 2nd. In the end we went with the 2nd flr room for 7 days. My Mom was too tired to shift to another room and decided to do stairs. It was inconvenient and taxing for her at 84. The room was nice. Breakfast not much variety like other Holiday Inns we have stayed at previously.

Great location, the pool was down during my visit & free parking

The room was ok a/c would only cool it to 72’ there was no ice machines on 2nd 3rd and 4th floors and no vending machines either. Pool was drained and out of service. The pictures online appeared to be way better than it really is.

The elevator didn't work, and there were kids running up and down the hall. Otherwise, no problems.

The elevator was broken. I was rough carrying all that stuff up the stairs when I have sciatica pain in my back.

Elevators did did not work for the 3 day's, Hot water machine for tea needs repair Bath tub water drains extremely slow Furniture is old , chip, peeling Noisy the first night till 3am There was Marijuana smell in the hall way

Incredibly nice staff. Very clean facilities. Very very comfortable room. Close to shopping, and downtown Atlanta. Great location. The gym was usable, clean and quiet. My only issue was housekeeping didn’t come consistently and breakfast sometimes started late. I will definitely be coming back to stay.

We are a traveling band and bring our instruments in. When we arrived at 12:30AM we were informed that the elevator was broken. That, and our rooms were on the fourth floor. We we had to lug all our stuff up four flights. On the way up we saw a chicken bone, a piece of bacon and fruit loops. Then, when we get to the room the air conditioner was not working. I called down and the person behind the desk was super nice and changed our room. But I still had trek down and up the stairs again.

Very unprofessional customer service. Wasn’t any towels or washcloths in our room. Hotel receptionist said they will be right up with the towels. No one never came. I had to go downstairs and retrieve the towels.
