Holiday Inn Express & Suites BURLINGTON by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Staffs were very friendly and patient with questions. Buffet breakfast was great, provided a variety of options. And it's really nice that they have a hot tub!

Very clean and well maintained. Stayed her for 2 nighta with the kids and they loves the pool. Would stay here again.

We reserved two rooms. Both rooms were extremely clean. The hotel is located in a convenient location. Just a few minutes from 5. Breakfast was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Convenient location, close to Deception Pass

The Staff were welcoming and courteous, hotel grounds and room were immaculate. Breakfast was very good. All in all just a great place to stay ! Highly recommended !

Great hotel! Worth for the money.

The staff was helpful and the room was clean, my only complaint is the elevator didn't work on my arrival.

Great breakfast, coffee was on the weak side if I had to be picky, but lots of choices for hot and cold food. Room was clean, modern, staff were professional. Will use this place again

Great Hotel!

The room was nice and had everything we needed. Water pressure was kind of out of control and I felt like there wasn't enough shower curtain to contain it on both ends, so the floor got kinda wet. But nice and hot and all Dove amenities which was pleasant. Breakfast was decent, for what that usually is. Good variety. And real oatmeal, if that matters to parents reading this review.... It seemed like nobody attended to the pool area the whole weekend we were there. Someone brought in their dog, I think more than once. The first night we used the pool and hot tub, someone had left a dog biscuit on the bench by the hot tub. The next night, there was also pieces of a stick, blades of grass in another spot, and I swear there was a piece of dog poo on the nonslip mat that was on the floor in the shower area. My son almost stepped in it when we went to rinse off. The hot tub was also kinda cloudy and felt over-chlorinated or too much chemicals..... All said, it was a decent stay at a reasonable price, but when it's a busy weekend, please check the pool once and a while! Woulda been 5 stars all around without those issues.

Holiday Inn is always a great place to stay. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and the staff are always great.
