Clean, quiet, and convenient. We'll stay there again on our next trip

The breakfast was pretty good. Rooms were clean could use just a little updating with paint and slight stains on walls. But overall good clean comfortable hotel. Staff was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Would stay here again!

Everyone was super friendly at checkin and check out. Room was beautiful and clean! The bed was so comfy and I slept like a baby with the A/C on blast. The breakfast was delicious! No complaints at all. Took a walk to the gas station, and the cops were so friendly and down to earth! I felt like I was in a very safe place!

Super loud people up all night long making noise running the halls slamming doors.

Rooms were clean, however, the TV didn't work and had to be re-programed by staff. But when we used it again, it still needed re-programming.

The rooms where clean, the staff at the desk were kind the pool was very cold.

The man on Saturday night 8/16 was very rude overall, did not address any of the problems we had and gave us the wrong room we booked. We booked a king size bed with sofa bed and no sofa bed was there. He said that it was first come first serve and other rude comments

Rooms were noisy and we could hear every conversation. Loud traffic and lawn mowing early in the morning was a disappointment. Facilities were nice.

One of the better holiday inn express

It was an overnight stop in the middle of a long drive to our destination. It fit the bill for what we wanted - a comfortable quiet room for two tired travelers.

Very welcoming experience. Chris was very friendly and made checking in super easy. He was also very knowledgeable of the area and I appreciated his willingness to inform and assist. The room was great. It was clean and spacious. I stayed on the top floor and it was very quiet. One minor gripe was that the bathroom sink was a but backed up. Otherwise, an overall great experience. I would stay at this hotel again.

We experienced outstanding customer service, as well as pleasant and helpful staff. It was nice that the pool and hot tub are open until 11 PM. We really appreciated that. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not hot. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Great breakfast. Starbucks coffee free for guests 24/7z. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly.

they advertise a hot tub, hot tub didn’t work. No lifeguard kids running around the pool drinks in the pool room was dirty. Floor was soft. Had people look like they were on drugs

The stay went ok. Breakfast was not a great experience. It was a little before 9:25 when we went and tried to get some pancakes from their machine. Unfortunately it had run out of batter, the staff member running that told me that it was close to 9:30 and he wasn’t going to refill it. Our 3 girls love this for breakfast, and apparently so did the family that showed up shortly after us and the small group of people after that. This guy refused to refill it. For something so small he wasn’t going to do anything. There are signs up in the breakfast area that say “breakfast ready when you are”. I’m sad to report that’s a lie. It may be a holiday Inn, but it’s run by people who do not care about you. The worst thing any hotel can do is finish out your stay with a bitter taste in your mouth.

It's an average hotel. Cheap and convenient location. But sooooo loud! The walls are thin and the people above are very noisy. Lots of traffic noise as well. I came here for peace and quiet so it's not a good fit for me

This was a great stay and would definitely stay again! Wonderful Front Desk Staff and a very nice gym! The room was wonderful except for some mold in the bathroom. I would say that was the only draw back to the room.
